“I was so impressed with the view. The condo had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in NYC with some space! There were 4 of us and it as great!!. ”

“Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. The beach is close by...

“Great find! Place was clean and exactly as pictured. Parking is a big bonus. One block walk to the beach. Some of the reviews mentioned the loud music from RBQ downstairs... that didn’t bother me. Overall, great experience, would definitely stay again, and recommend to friends.”

You will not want to leave as the house was carefully designed to include a hot tub, firepit and outdoor bar in addition its large garden, oversized pool and spacious rooms. “This place was perfect! The two bedroom one bath allowed for me to stay close to town and visit my godchildren. The second bedroom was perfect for a little sleepover with them. It felt like an artist loft with the most beautiful outside area. The pool and the hydrangeas made every cup of coffee in the morning more delicious. Plus it had everything we would need to go to the beach. I can’t wait to come back!”
