“This is the best rental for 2 people. Very clean, quite area. Beautiful views of Cincinnati. Full kitchen. Outside Deck with table. I enjoyed sitting and drinking my coffee every day. Almost an response for anything we needed from owner. I definitely will spread the word to family and friends.”

“This cute apartment is right in the heart of Over the Rhine and is within walking distance to restaurants and Washington Park. It was very clean and comfortable. The locked building adds to the safety of the unit.We would definitely stay again!”

“Walked into a stifling environment temperature wise. Alerted management team at 4:26 p.m. and when we returned at about 10:00 p.m., the attached picture is what the thermostat showed. It was about 4:00 a.m. before the condo cooled down to low 70’s and where we were able to get a couple hours of sleep. So two night stay and the first one was basically a wash. I was also quite concerned that two of the windows were unlocked upon our arriving into the unit.”

“The view of the city makes the property worth the stay. The property had all we needed but otherwise it was very mediocre. It is conveniently located to ball parks and city. OK vut not a 4 star property.”

“Why this review is asking me about vineyard I have no clue. The rental was in the city. Good location but the night life was out of control for a Thur. night, loud and late. At 4 am the garbage truck woke me up both nights.THERE IS NO PULLOUT COUCH as advertised. Used a blow up mattress and funky sheets which were sewn like a sleeping bag. No rest!!Was promised twice 150 credit for all the disturbances. Never saw on my charge nor did the owner respond after the second time I inquired.”

“We had a great stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our visit. The only small downsides were that the walls are pretty thin—you can hear people going up and down the stairs—and there aren’t blinds on the windows, so some light from the courtyard comes in at night. Overall, though, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!”

“We enjoyed a great stay in this condo while visiting family in Cincinnati. The condo was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of space for our family of four. The location is quiet and felt very safe, the off street parking was a huge plus. You are within walking distance to some great dining spots and easy driving distance (around 10-15 minutes depending traffic) to OTR, the Reds stadium, museums, and other downtown locations. Would recommend this spot to anyone!”

“This was a good stay but I would not say it was 10/10. For one, it is not made clear in the listing that there is an exterior door in the bedroom that leads directly to the parking lot (1st floor unit). Everything was fine, the door locks, but it made me uncomfortable the first two nights. The “patio” area is also the entrance to the parking lot. The bed was comfortable but there was no duvet cover, just a bottom and top sheet laid over it, so there’s no way to really wash the blanket between...
