“The building and hallways are dated and have that old smell. The apartment itself was clean upon entry. It was decorated nice. However, when we went to cook many of the dishes were dirty. We also started moving the decorative plates off the dining table to eat dinner and had roaches run from under the plates. I got a picture of a baby one that I will include. My son in law also said that he found a bedbug on the couch and killed it. These are issues that people don’t want to deal with on...

“This was a great place to stay for a quick vacation. Close to DC and Georgetown, and super close to Great Falls for a hiking day. The premise was clean, tidy, and fully equipped. We appreciated the washer and dryer, as we had been traveling for work and needed to wash some clothes. ”

“This place was just what was expected and what was advertised. It was amazingly clean with everything as described. The location was close to main roads (NY Ave, West Virginia Ave, etc) but in a quiet neighborhood. Parking was street parking (no permit needed; just have to watch for street sweeping twice a week) but we found a spot within 3-4 blocks...and mostly right in front of the unit. Beds and the unit were very comfortable and made for a good stay.”

“Host was wonderfully responsive, pictures are accurate, didn't say on the listing but kitchen was stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils which was nice. Unfortunately the snacks weren't stocked like the picture haha and there was only one butter knife but hey better than nothing. WiFi was fast and there are two smart TVs. “convenient to National Mall ”

“Positives: I loved the location. Next to walking paths, restaurants, grocery store, athletic fields, aquatic center, and Potomac overlook. Close to DC without being in it. I felt safe in the area. Negatives: I did not like having to provide a selfie for me and IDs for relatives staying with me. This was due to no front desk personnel on site: I had to deal with issues through customer service personnel in another state. I was very disappointed when a maintenance worker walked into the apartment...

“Apartment was clean and conveniently located by the Metro station. It had everything we needed. Traveled to tours and DAC airport very easily. The host was very easy communicate with and quick to respond. I would most definitely visit again! ”
