Seth, Nuala and David all made a point of stopping by to see how we were settling in and it was lovely to read the history behind the creation of the villas. “This is a very nice hotel. They upgraded us to a much bigger room - nice surprise. The pool was warm and the pool spa super warm in a good way. Sometimes parking was full, but we were able to park on the street. The Orangery is a lovely restaurant in a nearby hotel. Serving dinner till 10PM. ”

Mural maybe on wall outside where the spa pool housed n 3D painting old spa circle make good photo moments. My granddaughters loved pool very coolish and I dangled my feet.Obviously they are doing updates as there was a new stairs up to front on side spa pool n they were installing a trampoline. Parking was good out by our room. It's a lovely spot with lots of trees around the area.We...

“Parking was easy and the atmosphere was very family orientated laid vack and rekaxing. Although i had alot of stairs to climb the staff were very happy to help me when i arrived and when i left thank you. The staff really looked after ne i really appreciated the accommodation Thank you Raymond Kaiki ”

“Very nice hotel, and upgraded my room to a Presidential room, which is superb. The restaurant is great too, those Blame dishes are cooked in front of you, which is a great experience. Their staff are friendly, too. ”

“Beautiful spotless accommodation, didn’t want to leave. The kitchen was closed as they were painting which was a shame. A good excuse to go back.”

“Good size room comfy couch. Bed too firm. Was pet friendly. Didn’t use the pool Needs maintenance. There was road noise as we needed to keep window open as no air con and dusty fan. Good central location ”

“While everything about the hotel experience was great, nothing stood out more than the owners Grant and Trudy Smith. Grant is one of those people who makes you feel like you've been friends for years even though you only met a few minutes ago. Trudy was just as personable. Whether it be getting restaurant recommendations or borrowing bikes to ride on the New Plymouth Coastal Walkway, they were always ready to be helpful.”
