“Stayed at this hotel once before but there will not be a third time. Check in staff was not helpful when asked about disabled parking. The car park is a fair walk from the hotel which only has 2 spaces for the whole place which was full. She finally reluctantly let us park out side the building and due to a wedding said she would make a note for other staff to be aware. “East to find nice and clean let down by no welcome pack , really badly scratched non stick pan (should be binned) biggest problem no ventilation at all in the
bedroom small rooflight in the small ensuite .booked for a week left 2 days early due to no way of getting any fresh air in the bedroom way to warm. A rooflight in the bedroom would solve the problem .”
