“Very impressed with the staff at this property, especially the guy in reception, so friendly and helpful, this was our second stay and they had stored our bags while we were on the Overland Track for a week, delighted on return that our bags had been put in the room ready for us. We had a one bedroom apartment, very spacious, with a full kitchen and laundry. “It was all really great until we used the shower. Very little water, the hot far too hot and could never manage a steady temp. Quite tricky and could be dangerous.Needless to say we never had another shower”

“On first appearance it seems like they are upgrading the front of the motel. I believe it was very messy when they bought it and it is still a work in progress. The rooms are immaculate. The view took me straight to our private balcony. Absolutely stunning view straight across the lake to the sea. I’d heard some people caught a kg of prawns in the lake in front of us the day before. The King size bed was the most comfortable bed we’d slept on in our whole trip. Extras pillows if we wanted....
