“Excellent”

“Incredibly polite and nice staff. They allowed us to do early check-in. Very helpful with reservations and making local calls and problem solving. Location is really good. Room was spacious. Photos are much better than reality. Water in the shower had good pressure if you only turned cold water, medium pressure for lukewarm and zero to a string of water coming out from the shower head for hot water. The sink drain stopper would not allow water to flow, so I had to unscrew it. Corridor carpet has...

“Place is close to everything. Good value for the money. Extended my stay one day. Room is clean.”

The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast is good and offers a nice variety of food options. We used the airport transfer service both upon arrival and departure, and it worked perfectly. Additionally, Nina at the front desk kindly helped us by preparing a box breakfast for our very early morning...

“We decided to stay in the old quarter in Hanoi, busy and chaotic, but also decided to stay in a good hotel to scape from it all. The Hong Ngoc Dynastie is well located in the old quarter, but it allowed us to have to piece and quiet time. The room is beautiful and clean, and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was ok. Service was great. Confy bed, pillows and sheets. ”
