“We had amazing stay in Serras. High level service everywhere. Our son enjoyed kidsclub and we enjoyed spa time. Everyone very nice and professionally helpful! Love it and coming back for sure”

“simple, easy good location.”

“Habitació confortable i molt bona ubicació.”

“They didn’t give me the room i booked and paid for at the check in. So it was a hassle.. they talknog a courtesy buffet which is comprised of soft apples and fabricated sugar loaded muffin. They should get rid of it entirely or just say there are complimentary apples. Hotel is in a train station where bus services also operate. When we stayed there was no train services in the region, butbif it were sound isolation is not enough. Uou either wake up by a train or by an inter-city bus”
