“The location is wonderful with the beautiful views of the ocean and listening to the waves crashing was so awesome! It’s very walkable to everything we wanted to see in the area. The “Old O’side Charm” of this property with updated interior made it the perfect stay for my sister and I to relive some of our childhood memories. Excellent communication through text. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“Enjoyed the location. Property clean but a bit sparse with very limited paper goods (TP, paper towels, napkins etc). Only 1 wine glass which was surprising but okay. Internet was a bit spotty but we were able to make calls depending on where you were in the house. Communication with owner was great and check in and check out was easy. Great location right on the water.”

“The place was wonderful and right on the beach. Except Pacific Beach is going through some tough times with sand shifting and lots of beachfront maintentaince work which made access difficult and asethically unpleasant. Quite a distance to the main pool but doable. There is another pool much closer its just a typical pool. Very nice hot tub that is close. ”

“It was nice. We did have to deal with constant ants, but i know it was mentioned. The last place i stayed there at same facility had seasoning to cook with and no ants. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable and at sides they fold down. Very worn out. Also cleaning people came on Thursday and opened our door. We said excuse me, we are here, changing. They said sorry wrong room. So im glad they saw nothing else. Otherwise nice place. ”
