“This place is a bait for sure, looks like it’s nice, but the shower has no heat, “smart tv” doesn’t have internet lol. Crazy amount of annts anns spiders in room. Also if you’re staying here without a vehicle be very careful as there’s like no grabs or taxis in the area and you can easily get stranded.”

“Lovely staff and nice location by the river. Basic property but nice clean, modern room with almost everything you need.. toiletries, fridge, snacks etc. I would have liked mugs instead of paper cups & some tea bags, there was only coffee. Also water in reusable glass bottles would be better than plastic. Pool was really nice but only open until 7pm and no real shade around it. Food was delicious and I had a really great margarita too! :) quite expensive overall but very nice for a night stay”

Service was good but if you haven't got transport forget it
Lot of ants in the room you need to keep food in the fridge”

“Individual chalets with adjacent car port, suggesting this is more motel than hotel. Certainly not a 'resort'. Close to the airport but miles from anything else, just getting food delivered can be challenging. I'm sure the bed used to be a concrete tunnel support, the hardest mattress I've ever not been able to sleep on. Reception staff excellent, as is usual in Thailand.”

“Not happy. We booked this hotel as it was close to the Kao Sok National Park. Our flight to Surat Thani was delayed for 1hour which meant we would miss the check-in time. We tried to get in touch with the hotel hours in advance however nobody bothered to pick up the phone, nor could we find a contact email. As a result we had to book a hotel elsewhere in the main city which meant we also travel 1.5hrs each way before and after the day trip. Paid for a room I didn’t even get to use”

“La località è molto bella, così come la lunga spiaggia privata. Il ristorante è discreto e il personale gentile. Grandi e pulite le camere, ma... Mancano i piccoli particolari che un occidentale (e clienti che ho visto lo erano tutti) si aspetterebbe: una luce per leggere a letto, comodini, cose così... Comunque si sta bene, nella gran tranquillità.”
