“Good location. Clean and comfortable room. The only complaint I really have is that breakfast is served way too late at 8:30.”

“Connie is an incredible host! Her home is cozy, cute, and in an excellent location with reserved parking, which made everything so easy. She has really thought of everything . The lovely little lights along the stairs were such a welcome touch, especially in an unfamiliar setting. “Super fun location, that made for a really fun 4th of July. Proximity to Fort Adams gave us the best vantage point for fireworks we could have had. Water taxi was super convenient and easy to use, also allowed for awesome access to downtown Newport without needing to deal with cars or traffic. Fun to experience town from the perspective of a boater for once. Overall boat gave us...

“The most perfect spot! Our host and the neighbors were so nice and gave us great tips! Would definitely stay again”

“This property totally suited our needs. We were 9 old friends who meet once a year for a fun reunion. This house was well planned with 5 bedrooms and newly refurbished bathrooms. Linens were of good quality. It is a good value for money and the location in a nice small town with plenty of dining options and nearby shopping to get provisions made it perfect for us. Communication with host was easy.”

“A group of 21 of us enjoyed the week here for our annual family reunion. The house was a great set up for us and provided all that we needed. It is in a wonderful location with access to many fun activities. We hope to make a return trip for more wonderful memories!”

“House is older but very clean. Great location.”
