“We loved this place so much we decided to stay another 2 nights Originally we had a share kitchen experience The views are spectacular & our room was perfect! Sadly it was booked for the next 2 nights so we luckily got an apartment on the same property. It’s self contained & seperate from the other rooms Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Atherton ”

“Needed a night tottally alone after my last house petsit and before my regular job with kids and as a loca, i reside with my elderly mum in between i had l never been, just perfect and will definitely be my local overnight getaway, hospitality, staff go above and beyond and such positive energy, thankyou”

“This place is a gem! Perhaps our favorite of 6 places along the Queensland coast. Super-quiet, very modern, like a cabin in the woods, on the beach! Steps from a gorgeous long stretch of beach (no one on it in late July), nice plunge pool, good amenities, although not a full kitchen. (Who knew you could microwave salmon?) There is a cart for luggage, 2 minutes’ walk to the property. So private yet 5 minutes from restaurants. We will be thinking of it months from now. ”

“Property was very cosy and in a nice quiet area close by a bus stop but even just walking around was fine as well. Bronwyn and Howie were lovely hosts. I would stay again if I ever travel up to Cairns in the future.”

“We came back to this property as we found it such a lovely place to stay. The owner is very welcoming, the property is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is also quite centrally located; Cairns is about 20 minutes, the Atherton tablelands about an hour and the daintree about an hour and a half away- all easy day trips. “Our stay here was pleasant . Good pressure from the shower , the aircon was perfect as the temperatures often reached mid/high 20s outside . The owners were lovely people and very accommodating to our requests etc . Within 5 minutes walk to eateries and convenience stores . If you are wanting a ground floor unit then please directly call the Hotel in person as this is the best way to make sure your requests will be heard . Laundry is $3 au for a wash and $3 for a dry . Within 5 minutes walk...
