Perfecto para vacaciones multifamiliares o grupos más grandes, Bikini Cottage ofrece un total de 5 habitaciones y 3 1/2 baños en una excelente ubicación en la Isla Sur. Esta casa ofrece 2 apartamentos completos y espacios habitables, que incluyen cocina y comedores en ambos niveles. Hay una escalera interior que conecta los dos apartamentos, lo que hará que la casa sea una excelente opción para grupos que desean tener un poco de privacidad pero aún tienen la opción de disfrutar de las áreas comunes.

El apartamento de nivel inferior, Bikini Bottom es cálido y acogedor, y tiene un amplio espacio para acomodar a los huéspedes. El salón cuenta con un sofá cama y una TV de pantalla plana. Great house needs kitchen items

This house is wonderful and well laid out. The location is perfect for all ages. 5 minute walk to beach, bars, restaurants and shopping. Parking is easy in and out. Fence yard to the side of house has corn hole, connect 4 and sand pong. Great place to store beach items and bikes if you bring your own gear. If you have a large party you will need to bring your own large pots and skillets. The house only needs a set of pots, pans and skillets for parties of 10 or more. Plastic glassware would be a great idea. I would rent again and pack my kitchen needs.

Birthday Celebration

We celebrated my mother's 80th birthday with our family in Tybee and Savannah. We enjoyed our stay at The Bikini House. We had sufficient room for a party of eleven. We enjoyed the convenient location of the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the backyard which had a corn hole game. We brought some games to play too in the yard. The weather was perfect. The kitchen was adequately stocked with cookware,utensils, glasses and dishes. We had what we needed to cook some meals. We had an issue with the TVs at the beginning. However, it was quickly fixed the next day. The washer and dryer in the home were much appreciated too. We enjoyed our time at the home. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet during our stay.

The location makes it worth it.

This house is very used. A lot of the appliances don’t work. The door handles are all old and broken. The house is in rough shape. The location is very good however and made the stay worth it. They need to supply more necessities such as toilet paper, towels and cleaning supplies.

Amazing Stay!

I loved this beach house. The location was perfect and we walked to many local shops and restaurants. The beach was walking distance away, and the neighborhood was quiet. I will say that I wish that parking was different. We had 4 cars and had to park two at an angle to fit in the spaces and off the grass. I think the homeowners should place gravel on the parking spaces and concrete on the walkway. Other than that I loved the outdoor shower after the beach and the house was super clean! Great for a large group.

Good time had by all. We had a problem with downstairs a/c. Technician came 20 minutes after we called and it was fixed on a holiday weekend. Great response. Claw foot tub would be better used if had a shower attachment. One bedroom upstairs needs a ceiling fan, a bedside table, and chest of drawers to stow clothes. Downstairs toilet in half bath not working properly. Would not flush if shower was being used upstairs. This 3 generation family did enjoy our visit to Tybee.

Very close to the beach and perfect for big groups

I was a little surprised by the area because the neighborhood is a little rundown but I think most of the island is like that. However, the house was very clean and had plenty of space for our group of 13. We rented the top and bottom.

Lots of space, great for families and groups!

We enjoyed our stay at Bikini Cottage - we rented both the top and bottom as we had 3 families staying with us. The upstairs and downstairs were connected by an interior staircase so they still felt connected. The house was decorated nicely for the most part. We really enjoyed the expanded living areas - the kids could go upstairs while the adults could spread out downstairs. We mainly did cooking out of the downstairs kitchen, but it was nice having an extra fridge upstairs. Although it was too hot outside to use during our stay, the fenced area was very inviting. My only 2 complaints were 1) could have used a few more LARGE cooking items (skillets, pots), but we worked around it, and 2) I wish there was one more shower. There were 3 full and one half baths, and just two showers (one tub), so at times 10 people were trying to access the 2 showers. The location was nice - 2 blocks from the beach (about a 5-10 min walk) and very close to Seaweeds where we got ice cream more than I care to admit!

Great Christmas Getaway

My family really enjoyed our time at this property. It was great to fit everyone into one house while still having individual privacy. It was the first Christmas we tried this and the house was just right for us. There were tons of board games available, and the outside patio area was very nice. The kitchens were fully equipped and we had plenty of linen and clean bedding for all 12 of us. If I had one complaint it would be that the tubs in the bathrooms were not cleaned well, and we just went ahead and wiped everything down ourselves. Also, downstairs the bedrooms don't seem to get much heat, so they were cold throughout the night and had uncomfortable mattresses. These things were not a huge deal for us, and we made the best of it. My family all agree that we would stay again and felt it was worth the price. I would suggest that a shower attachment be added to the upstairs claw foot tub. We expected this as we saw it in the description, however we were not able to use the restroom as the tub was stained and not very clean even after we wiped it ourselves. A shower conversion for that style tub is an easy and inexpensive fix and can be found at lowes and home depot. I'm sure most guest would agree it would make the stay better and allow better use of the bathroom.

Nice home, horrible mattress

Property was clean, and as described. There were not enough towels and washcloths. One per person is allotted. This meant we had to wash towels while there. Would be nice to have at least 2 washcloths per person. The cable went out our 2 day there, and there is no DVD player, so make sure that you can do streaming. The upstairs King bed, connected to the sunporch is horrible. 4 nights of no sleep for me and my husband, but the other beds were fine, according to my house mates.

Perfect place!

Convenient location with easy beach access. House had a great set-up and was perfect for our large group. Would definitely rent again!
