Great Location

The house was in a very good location - walkable to several shops and restaurants. Also one block from the beach and the back river. The pool onsite was nice to cool off in rhe afternoon. We never made it to the shared pool on Silver Ave.

The property was in a good location, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The only concern was that door of the screen porch needs to have the screening reattached. in the downstairs. The Shower has paint that’s ready to fall from the ceiling. Other than that, the property met our needs and we would look to rent there again.

Weekend Retreat

Great location...Walking didtance to everything on Tybee. House was cozy . We loved the screened in deck and pool. House had everything we needed. Looking for to going back in the future.

Weekend Getaway

The property is very clean, well maintained and in a quiet area. It is also located within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. It has a very “low key neighborhood” feel. I would stay here again when next visiting the area.

Cute house, close to beach

Great property! Easy walk to the beach (even with young children). Loved the screen in patio and cute decor. Management was very helpful and easy to work with! Definitely recommend.

Wonderful location and great for dogs!

We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back!! The house is beautiful and up to date!! We brought our 2 dogs with us. The fenced in area is nice and the neighborhood is great for walking. Easy access to the beach and shops/restaurants within walking distance.There is a rental behind this one that is smaller. They use the same gate and entrance as well as the pool being shared with them. Overall we had such a great stay!!

The property was exactly as the photos show-gorgeous views of the Caribbean!! It was clean, beds were very firm but we slept great on them! The only reason for 4 stars and not 5, there was an issue with the front door not locking, but reached out to Joseph and he responded quickly but the door was not fixed during our stay. The property is gated, but the gate was propped open by others multiple times we entered. The property is tucked away but thankful for our family picking us up knowing exactly where it was.

Spring Break week

The only drawback to this property is the absence of a dishwasher. Also, it was hard to find the clothes washer and dryer, which are in a separate building on the backside of the property.

Great find for us!

Because we have teens I wanted to be close, but not too close to the main strip. This properties was still peaceful while being within walking distance to the beach and main shopping areas. We all really enjoyed ourselves. 😉

Such a wonderul little getaway! House was amazing! 5 stars across the board. Pool is such a nice extra. Porch swing was out favorite. I even slept on it one night. So beautiful! Thank you After Dune Delight! It was Exactly what we needed ♡

Great access to beach and comfortable

This property had great access to the beach. Loved the porch area. The only downfall was it really is not set up to make family meals. There is no dishwasher and limited pans, etc. for cooking.

After Dune Delight . Unit A

Overall we had a wonderful trip. Pool was a huge plus as most of the days we had red flags! Just a short walk to the pier and the shops was convenient. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach. We had a few maintenance needs they were quick to fix. I would mention though a Hurricane delayed us getting in and although we were told they would work with us for missed time at first nothing was ultimately offered or done.

Nice stay. host was responsive but did not answer all questions. While I had no urgent needs from them, i pointed out several minor issues like only two spoons for a place that sleeps 6, the shower curtain in upstairs was short and you need a towel to catch water that will splash out. Overall the place is nice and clean but wear n tear is very noticeable. Again, not a deal breaker but think some minor attention would be wise. Did not use pool for several reasons first being a 30 per day charge that went to 60 on reservation reminder second, they would not tell me what temp we should expect. so tired would have not used enough to justify cost and risk it would still be cold since weather was on the cold side 50's - 60's. Fire pit was nice way to end day but you supply wood and expect 9 - 10 for small bundle. check large grocery stores away from island you will find 7 - 8 for bigger bundles. Also note this is a shared house with little one bedroom on back side so you may have others walking around. Overall was enjoyed for a place to sleep and shower. Space was a little tight for suit cases and moving around but its a beach house thing. We explored and ate all over Tybee and Savannah so the sparse kitchen supplies were not a big deal. So... nice, clean, good location and no major issues. No 5 star due to the little things.

Super Cute Home close to the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. This was our first trip to Tybee, even though we live in GA! We loved how close the walk to the beach was and how this section of the beach was not crowded, but you could easily walk down to the pier for food options and a more busy beach scene. We collected all sorts of shells. Our highlight was biking all over the island, we biked everywhere for everything and it was a blast! The house was very clean and linens and towels smelled fresh. It's a cute older home so there are quirks to it, like a lower showerhead, no dishwasher and super steep winding staircase (hard for our 2 yr old to go up and down), but we had no complaints, just an FYI. They had a wonderful small pool complete with shallow and a "deep" end and was heated. One thing to note that was not in the listing directions for us, is you need to request the pool to be heated before your check-in day. But the communication with the management company was fast and very understanding; they confirmed that since we were not aware of that rule before we checked in, they came out to turn on the pool heat for us, which made it usable and lovely in early March!

Not brand new

The property is listed as "brand new". There may be parts of the home that are but the downstairs is not. They also have a dishwasher listed as an amenity. No dishwasher. I'm not opposed to washing dishes by hand. I am opposed to being told one thing and getting another. They only give one dishtowel. We had to go buy more to have one to dry dishes. There were several light bulbs out when we got there. One in the main kitchen area and one in the main floor shower (needed tools to get to it). I found a bulb and changed the kitchen light and texted the next morning about the shower light. The shower is not lit if you don't have that bulb. It's a little cave like. They told me they would be there that day. It got around 5pm and they hadn't come so I texted again. They said they were coming. It got later and I wanted to shower so my husband looked around in the shared laundry and found some tools to change it. I told them not to worry about it. They then told me they could come the next morning. I told them I didn't need them to. I was only staying 3 nights. Just bad service. I expected a different level of service for what I paid.
