  • ¿Buscas una casa de vacaciones grande y apartada con piscina y espacio para eventos? ¡La has encontrado! «The Venue on Tybee» es una fabulosa casa de campo costera de nueva construcción, situada en una finca privada de 3,3 acres rodeada de robles y con vistas despejadas a la marisma de Tybee. La casa está perfectamente situada para dar paseos a pie o en bici y hacer pequeños trayectos en coche hasta Fort Pulaski, las playas públicas, los restaurantes del centro y las tiendas locales. Savannah está a solo unas millas de distancia.

    En The Venue on Tybee, tendrás acceso a un embarcadero privado de aguas profundas situado justo detrás de la casa, que es un lugar ideal para pescar y acceder directamente al océano. En los alrededores se ven con frecuencia nutrias, delfines, tortugas de río, garcetas y otras aves de la marisma.

    La terraza de la azotea de la casa ofrece unas impresionantes vistas de 360 grados del río Savannah, el Atlántico y millas de marismas a tu alrededor, ¡lo que la convierte en el sueño de cualquier aficionado a la observación de aves y de las estrellas! Un enorme porche con mosquitera es el lugar perfecto para reuniones familiares, barbacoas, tardes de relax y contemplar las puestas de sol de Tybee.     El interior de la casa es tan fabuloso como el exterior, con una cocina de alta gama, un salón-comedor diáfano, un bar con fregadero, una enorme chimenea de gas y un techo abovedado de gran altura. Hay cinco dormitorios en la casa principal y cinco baños completos. Los lavaderos están convenientemente situados en ambas plantas. El alquiler incluye una caseta independiente junto al embarcadero, que cuenta con cocina completa, cama de matrimonio y baño con ducha.

    A PARTIR DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2026: Se añadirá una tarifa de 750 por eventos de más de 50 personas.

    Además, tendrás que contratar un SEGURO DE EVENTOS y entregarle una copia al propietario antes del evento. (Puedes contratarlo por internet o a través de tu agente de seguros).

    A PARTIR DE julio de 2026: Habrá una gran piscina a disposición de los inquilinos.

Excellent place

We stayed at the house for my daughter’s wedding! The house and property was absolutely beautiful! There was enough room for everyone! The host was amazing always answering my multiple questions very nice and always willing to help even before the trip to help with rental places!

The venue is perfectly surrounded by the marsh and is absolutely beautiful! The event space was perfect for our wedding, and the entire property was very accommodating to our family and guests. The sunrise and sunset were breathtaking, and if you enjoy the quiet moments, you may be just as blessed to see the dolphins pass by. Sandra is a great host and always answered any questions we had along the way.

Amazing stay

The property exceeded our expectations. Beautiful surroundings and a very well maintained house. I would highly recommend to anyone. You felt so secluded but we were still so close to many things to enjoy in Savannah and Tybee. The pictures don’t do it justice.

The Perfect Getaway

Our stay at Venue on Tybee was absolutely perfect! The breathtaking views created the most stunning backdrop for our wedding, making it a day we will cherish forever. The property itself is beautifully maintained, offering both comfort and elegance in every detail. The host went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate such a special occasion with family and friends. We will definitely be back! Our stay at this property for our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect. The pictures truly don’t capture how beautiful this place is — the house, the grounds, and every detail exceeded our expectations. There was so much space, making it effortless to host our family and friends comfortably. Everything we needed was available, and the home was stocked with thoughtful touches that made our stay stress-free.Communication with the host was wonderful — she was so kind, responsive, and generous, which made the entire experience even better. Dream Wedding

Best decision we made was hosting our wedding at "The Venue"! It's one of a kind, with an amazing breeze, beautiful accommodations and views for days ! Cannot recommend more highly!

Everything about this house and property was absolutely stunning. My girlfriends and I had the greatest time ever lounging about, and taking advantage of the open air porch with the greatest views. It was a "pinch-me" weekend. And Sandra could not have been a better host. So kind and accommodating, absolutely exemplary. We're already dreaming about a reunion year again in a few years!

This house is insanely gorgeous, everywhere you look there is a new piece of history. It’s like staying in a museum on its own private island surrounded by the most incredible oasis. Our family has such an incredible time and our wedding day was PERFECT!! Our guests even had to escape potential rain inside and it was so intimate and perfect! And everyone got to admire the beautiful home that we had been enjoying all week. What a treat for my friends and family from Nebraska. Thank you Sandi & Rick! We will be returning customers for sure!

Perfect for families

Fantastic for groups! Our family loved it, and our friends loved it! We had 10 in our party and no one ever felt on top of each other. Plenty of areas to gather as a group or be alone to read or fish. Best vacation for the price. Such much to do at the house and around town. Kayaks, very nice bikes w/helmets already, grills ready, etc. Gated property which made our stay very comfortable. Too much to note everything!

Amazing house and outstanding host

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—and then some. Whether we were relaxing indoors, enjoying the peaceful outdoor space, or exploring the area, we felt completely at ease and pampered.What truly set this experience apart was the host. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, comfortable, and informed. Communication was prompt and thoughtful, and they were always available for any questions. You can really tell they care deeply about their guests' experience.If you're considering booking this place—do it. You won't regret it.

Perfect small wedding

This beautiful property and home has too many beautiful features and nice amenities to describe. This home and setting was perfect for an immediate-only-family wedding for 6 couples, two children ages 2-5, and an infant. Everyone found their special niches and activities including reading on the expansive screened in porch, fishing off the dock, lazing on the hammock, and even playing ping pong. The memories will be lasting. Owner/hostess Sandra always responded in a timely fashion. She also kept me up to date on new amenities that we could use for the wedding and offered suggestions for local businesses when asked. This home has so many carefully selected details and its grounds are so beautiful and serene. Only good vibes here!
