The home was beautiful and our family had an amazing week with good weather, good food, and precious time together. The layout of the house provided privacy for my son to work and plenty of space for the grandchildren to play. The pool and the beach were easily accessible. Thanks for a great week!

Weekend stay

The house was just as described. It was clean, spacious and in great proximity to many shops and restaurants on Tybee Island. I definitely recommend for families of all ages.

Back Beach House

Fun time with our family plus 2 friends. The house was conveniently located and bike paths were well marked. Easy ride or bike to the beach. Large kitchen with all essentials. Great time!!

Beach Trip 2025

The home was , the elevator was clutch, and its great proximity to the beach and eateries was everything. Calling them restaurants is too much of a stretch. Coming back from the beach and watching the sunset from the porch made for the perfect ending to each day.

Perfect Stay

The place was perfect for us. Close to the beach and restaurants yet a couple blocks off in a residential neighborhood it was a peaceful stay. The house couldn't have been cleaner and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. The elevator also came in handy!

Needed to change location

We needed to change because the the elevator wasn’t working. Southern Bell was quick to accommodate and find a new house for us! It was great service!!

Great stay. Great place.

We had a wonderful time spending our Thanksgiving at this beautiful property. Very roomy, the kitchen was outfitted very well and just loved the long table that seats 8. The men sat out every evening on the porch in their winter coats enjoying the view & solving the world's problems. Would rent again.

Girlfriends Getaway

Property was very comfortable and description was accurate. Since there were 6 of us women, would suggest maybe mirrors in the bedrooms. Also more hooks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Plenty of space to spread out. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach. Great week and left with many wonderful memories!

Tybee Beach House

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. It was an easy walk to the beach and local ice cream shop. Able to check in and out with ease and the owners checked in us on via text message to see if we needed anything and responded fast when we had questions. Highly recommend staying here due to the location, cleanliness, and response/support from owners. Only thing we did not realize until arriving was the shared pool is not located on the same property as the house, it appeared to be a 9 minute walk so we decided to stick with walking to the beach.

Great house for families

Great house! New to rentals so some small things to be worked out but the manager was always quick to respond and get people out to fix the problem. House is further then the ocean then expected before booking. Recommend booking a golf cart! Elevator is a must use in the house especially with older adults as the living room and kitchen is on the 3rd floor. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Lovely

The house was lovely, in a peaceful neighborhood, convenient to beaches. We did not use the pool as when we went to check it out there was standing room only. We also had some issues getting into the house. The code for the garage did not work.

Lay out

Did not like family gathering space above bedrooms. Too noisy. Not enough towels ( had to wash towels every other day.) Not enough seating in family area, had to use dinning chairs to gather in evening. Beds were good, master shower was good, enough hot water for a large family.😀 chairs on balcony off family area very comfortable.

Wonderful vacation spot!

We travel with two other couples several times a year, and it can be hard to please 6 people. Everyone enjoyed their stay at this home! Even though we drew the short straw for the room, it was still comfortable and we had our own bath. We chose the twin beds on the top floor, so we would not have to share a bathroom. The king suite, the King bed and the queen with the extra bath are all located on the second floor. The kitchen was probably the best equipped we have seen ( although this trip we didn’t plan any meals in) they actually have glasswear not plastic! They had wine openers, Martin shakers and shot glasses. ( no martini glasses, we were glad we brought our own, but didn’t need our other glasses we brought with us, we don’t like using plastic) we could make lattes in the morning as they even had the frothier we have at home. The house was clean and cozy. The house is perfect for 6 adults. However, they did have baby gates across each stair in case we had brought the grand littles with us. We loved having the garage for the car, as it was kept cool. The small beach was a stones throw from the house, and from there you could walk all the way to the pier if you wanted to. (About a 40 minute walk along the water edge) We enjoy walking the beach so was perfect for us. However we planted our chairs closer to our entrance. I had communicated with the property manager about beach chairs and umbrellas, was told we needed to bring our own....so we loaded that all too! BUT, they had the six chairs there...that should be in the description of what’s included. (When you are paying top dollar for a house chairs, umbrellas are a nice touch as well al a beach wagon for children or a cooler. And cheap for the landlord) would have saved tons of space. The walk to town was just a few blocks, many nice restaurants. We spent a couple days in Savannah...great places to eat and love the river front there. Fresh fish can be purchased at a few spots on the island if you are cooking, and the local grocery was able to cut us beautiful filet steak as we decided to cook in one night. Those you can make in the oven as there is not a grill. Walk to the pool is close. Perfect if you have young children. Need to bring your own beach towels. There is a shower outside for sanding off. If you are traveling with physically challenged people, you can rent golf carts. I think I have shared some essentials....enjoy your vacation!

The elevator was really helpful for getting the food and luggage upstairs. We went to Savannah shopping two days. We had two great meals on Tybee. The Trayler Park and The Deck. Easy walking distance to the beach.When we come back to Tybee, we will stay here.
