Oficiales View se encuentra en la maravillosa del capitán fila, una subdivisión privada en la isla de Tybee. Este es un barrio precioso, tranquilo en el extremo norte de la isla de Tybee, con playa privada se cruzan. Disfrutar del paseo por el estanque de tortugas y por medio de la glorieta en su camino a la playa.

The "gourmet kitchen" was somewhat overstated. Knives were dull, not many kitchen tools, just not what I would expect to be advertised as a gourmet kitchen. We ate out at restaurants more out of necessity than preference. But overall we had a very good time.

The location of the property is really nice with close access to the beach. The rooms are very comfortable with plenty of space for our entire group. Pool area is small, but a nice place to gather and enjoy the sunshine.We did not find any instructions for the elevator and no WiFi password was provided upon checkin, so we had to call for those. We were very concerned about the dining room chairs. One broke as soon as my daughter sat on it and the others were splitting in various spots. Other than that our stay was very enjoyable.

Tons of space and turtles

The property owners were ultra available with timely responses to our maintenance needs. Very clean with a few defects in the floor on the third floor. The house was spacious for 12 people. We fed the turtles every night! The beach accesses emptied into an almost private beach.

Needs Maintenance

The tiles by the back door on the top floor were sunken in. The back door on the top floor wouldn't latch properly and constantly kept opening. The washing machine had a lot of mold inside of it. I think the sunken tiles from the 3rd floor have caused some water damage in one of the king bed rooms' ceilings, there seemed to be a water spot/mold.The first day we swam in the pool the chlorine was so bad my daughter was in pain and my son's eyes almost got swollen shut.The outdoor shower is almost impossible to figure out/use.If a group of 11 people are staying for a week, please provide salt, pepper, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, and laundry items to sustain that entire week. There wasn't an ironing board/iron that we could find.When I asked how many beach items there were, I was told 3-4 chairs and maybe an umbrella. The garage had 10 chairs, 3 umbrellas and tons of toys for the kids. So we ended up buying/renting items that were already at the house.Not your fault but: the neighbors across the street had their porch lights on 24/7 and it made our room difficult to sleep in with those bright lights glaring into our windows.

Wonderful family time

The house was nice and big in a great quiet neighborhood. The only issues we had was a little bit of a lack of communication with the property management. We were not given the wifi password or instructions on what needs to be clean for check out. We also couldn’t find linens for the pullout sofa.

Fun weekend away

Visited tybee with a small group of friends and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. The great location close to the beach and quiet private pool were the highlights of the trip for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect House!

This house was perfect for the 4 adults and 8 teens we had there for a Scout trip! There are beach chairs and sand toys jn the garage and a closet full of floaties for the pool. The elevator was a great help for groceries! There was not enough toilet paper or paper towels and no cleaner, but that was easily fixed!

Great Location on Tybee

We loved the location. The heated pool worked but only after maintaince came to fix it, which was really fast. The rooms and overall propery could use a little TLC. Tiles by the pool are loose and a tripping hazard for the kids. Many door knobs and faucets were loose and/or leaking.

Here's a draft for your VRBO review: --- Our stay was absolutely awesome! The house was huge, with a layout that was just perfect for our family vacation. One of the highlights was the pool – a total hit with everyone! Also, having an elevator in the house was a game-changer, especially when dealing with groceries. The view of the beach from the house was breathtaking. Plus, the house came with everything we needed, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was spot-on, especially for food and bars. And for St. Patrick’s Day, we just walked to the shuttles, and it was a short and sweet ride to downtown. Overall, our experience was a solid 10 out of 10. Would definitely stay again!

Annual Family Get Together

For the past 8 years my 3 brothers & sister, spouses and other family attend the Georgia Conservatory Oyster Roast in Savannah and stay in Tybee Island. This has been our favorite place to stay so far and we hope to stay here for many years to come.

60th bdays for 6 lady friends

Quiet and great location for Tybee Island.Two walkways to private quiet areas of the beach or 2 miles to North Beach with umbrella and chair rentals with a great restaurant bar. Tybee public beach is short distance with more restaurants..shopping. We all really liked the house. 4 star for cleanliness only because one of us felt that their bedroom floor needed swept more.we also re washed some of the cups and silverware before we used. Bring a wine opener.we had to ask a neighbor to borrow one.One friend did drive and brought a blender. I would recommend renting a golfcart.rental place is a mile down the road.we rented a 6-person cart.I reserved several months ahead because I was told only 3 available.parking free for carts on the island is free. The balcony view of the ocean is great. We were out there all the time watching the bardges go by and walked down for sunrises and sunsets. The pool was clean and fabulous to have.We used everyday.Kitchen is on 3rd floor and is nice. BR/bath off kitchen. The elevator was definitely needed for luggage and groceries.We all appreciated having. Middle level has 3BR /BA .One BR goes out to pool on 1st level with bathroom and hallway bathroom. Use of garage was nice also. The checkout duties were the easiest I have experienced. Take trash out and make sure dishes are clean.easy. would rent again and friends are going to

Family vacation

Plenty of room for our family vacation of 9. Elevator is very handy for bringing in luggage. Location is beautiful with short walk to beach through sand dunes. Pool was a bit dirty when we got there but the management was very friendly when called and was cleaned same day. Would definitely stay there again!

Fun Location!

The property was very nice! The pool was the biggest hit of the trip - we spent a lot of time out there! The elevator definitely helped get groceries and suitcases upstairs! We ate at some restaurants on Tybee, but also went into Savannah for the day and enjoyed shopping and eating there!
