Si miras fijamente las franjas de cebra rosa y blanca en los postigos de la última renovación de Jane Coslick, puede aparecer una cebra rosa. Entonces dicen, y quién sabe, porque estás en Tybee, donde el océano lo arregla todo. ¿Entrar en este encantador refugio y olvidarte de tus preocupaciones cotidianas?porque ¿quién puede estar estresado en una cabaña decorada en colores como Beach House Blue, Tybee Turquoise, Beach Bucket Red, Key Lime Parrott, Luscious Little Cottage Pink y Anna Banana Yellow? I don’t expect perfection I know this is a beach rental. It was a Lovely home and is in a great location. Firstly, the hot tub was advertised as a feature of the property, but upon arrival it was pad locked. The instruction manual inside the house stated that guest were not allowed to use the hot tub and would be fine if they tampered with it. This was misleading as we specifically chose this property for the hot tub. Additionally the laundry room was locked upon arrival after calling and texting three times to request the door to be unlocked. I had to call again the next morning and there was no notation of me calling at all the property management finally had the door open the next day, the condition of the pool and the cleanliness of the living area were brought to the answering service attention during my calls, there were leaves and dark plant matter floating on the surface of the pool as well as debris at the bottom despite requesting the pool to be cleaned three times it was not attended to during our stay. The condition of the living area was never addressed. the cleanliness of the house was subpar , there was visible mildew in the hall bathroom and the carpet and upholstery were visibly stained and look dirty. Given these conditions I am requesting refund of the cleaning fee as the house and pool were not maintained to an acceptable standard and not having the use of the advertised hot tub listed in the amenities.the amenities. advertised.

We loved staying at Tybee for our bachelorette weekend! The only issues we had was the living room was not as clean as we would’ve liked (the main rug, center rug was quite dirty) and the doors in the house are very old so it makes it hard to open/close the doors sometimes. Other than that, it was fantastic. Still a cute, adorable house!

We originally booked the pink zebra cottage, but that property suffered some plumbing/HVAC damage right before we arrived, so the property manager swooped in and saved the day finding us the 12th and Ocean house to stay in. They were so helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed and since we cut our stay here short by three days, we were refunded our money. This property was also more expensive, but they did not increase our rate. We were so grateful to Kelly's help and she saved our vacation and saved the day! 12th and Ocean is an awesome property for families. It's huge and the access to the beach is by far the best perk, with the all seasons room and outdoor patio coming a close second. There were a few things that maybe could have been different - one guest said there was sand in their never before slept in bed, and the dishes seemed to be dirty (old dishwasher), but we were able to deal with these things just find. Not deal breakers. Overall, I would totally recommend this property and booking with Tybee Cottages. They went above and beyond and the property was perfect for our family.

Can not recommend this property enough!!!! 10 of us went to Tybee for a long weekend for a bachelorette party and the house was perfect. Everyone slept comfortably, theme of the house was adorable, the distance from beach was ideal and we loved staying on the island. 1000/10 experience

Great location -layout was nice pool area as nice as well- Seven ladies traveled I think it would be difficult with couples as it’s a quaint cottage, but not a lot of space to spread out. The shepherd cottage is cute, but definitely smelled musty. No one opted to stay up there. A block and a half to the beach was very convenient. Only 2 improvements- We were disappointed that we did not find any beach towels in the unit. I had asked the property manager in an email a few times and they never responded. Pool is not heated- It was really cold, but it was an April trip.

The Pink Zebra was well suited for our group of eight ladies. It provided ample and comfortable sleeping arrangements and bathrooms. Although the kitchen is small, everything we needed was available. The property made very good use of the space with parking for 3 vehicles, a swimming pool, and patio. We were within walking distance to the beach, tennis courts, and restaurants. The property manager was promptly available to answer all questions and provide any assistance needed.

The pink zebra cottage was super cute and as described! Beds were very comfortable and decor fun & beachy. The extra bonus area above the garage was perfect for our teenagers and the outdoor shower was A HIGHLIGHT for everyone. A couple things to note - there are no beach/pool towels at the house (we ended up buying some) which would have been nice, as I’m sure they’d prefer guests not use bath towels outdoors. There were some kid toys/rafts on hand but having some chairs to take down to the beach would have been great as well. Overall - super fun stay on Tybee for our family!

We were looking for a fun beachside home to make my best friend's bachelorette party a colorful one, and this home crossed everything off our list. Close to a beachside restaurants, not too far from the city center of Savannah, and walking access to the beach. It was amazing! We had an incredible time.

This was an awesome little house with perfect accommodations. Everything we needed was there. The decorator did a fantastic job. The beds were comfortable, the space was perfect for a small family gathering. The beach was about a 300yd walk. Could not have gotten picked a better spot.

Beautiful property. Looks just as it does in the pictures, gorgeous! Small but plenty of room. The additional cottage was adorable. Perfect for families with kids. Location was great. Block and a half from the beach and not far from the main avenue. Loved the Pink Zebra and would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay, and the pink zebra was the perfect fit for our girl's trip. Just a couple of notes, the water for showers smells AWFUL. We thought it would go away with time... but it didn't. I'm not sure if this is because of the island, but it had that funky sulfuric, rotten egg smell and made showering unpleasant. Second note is about check in, I didn't get any emails or any type of check in information and had to call Denise the morning of. When I did speak with her, she said she was going to leave the door unlocked when the cleaners left, and as a group of girls going, it made me a little uneasy. Other than these two minor things, we had an absolute blast and would 10/10 stay again!

Really enjoyed our stay. Would rent from Tybee Cottages again. Property manager (Jim) was great to deal with and always available to answer any of our questions or concerns.
