This house is in need of a deep cleaning as it doesn’t show well. The house smells very musty. Maintenance inside and outside has been ignored by the property manager. Both ac intakes look like they have not been cleaned in months. In the upstairs bathroom there is a 12 inch circle of missing paint that chipped off the ceiling. Most ac vents had rust on them. One of the windows does not lock which poses a safety concern. Vacasa should hire a different cleaning company that can pay attention to detail on how to properly clean a property. On our last night there, the upstairs smoke alarm battery stopped working so we were awaken at 3am to deal with that issue. I reached out to Vrbo with our concern when we checked in but was told that Vacasa would be the one handling this issue. We have yet to hear from them. Aside from all the maintenance issues the house is very spacious and is in a quiet area. I hope these issues are addressed because the house would have potential to be a great stay.

The location and outdoor screened in sitting area was very nice. We had an issue with all of the towels smelling like cigarette smoke, not the home itself, but the towels. All of them had to be rewashed before they could be used. The microwave door handle was missing and when you open the door from the top the vent fell off. The home was clean but could have used a few new updates with either new or painted vents- there was a lot of rust on them. That said, we enjoyed our stay and it was easy access to everywhere we wanted to go on the island. We did rent a golf cart and that made it super simple to get to the beach.

Back to School Getaway

Our stay overall was nice. Only thing that I would have liked to be better was more towels, we didn’t even get one per person staying for the 4 days and the air conditioning kept holding at 78 so most of the time the house was very hot.

Wonderful property

Excellent house close to everything you’d need. However, the listing says a king, a queen and a bunk bed but that is incorrect. There IS a king bed but the other two beds are just fulls and there is no bunk bed. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Nice place

Although the house was clean and spacious, however the carpet on the stairs were all stained. We had to request towels, they only provided 1 towel per person for 5 days. We had to go out and purchase additional toilet paper. Ran out after the 3rd day. If you go here, make sure you bring any tissues, napkins and such. If you don’t want to run a dishwasher on a small load, bring a small bottle of dish soap. The real kicker to this place, it has an elevator, however, you cannot use it! They turn the power off when it is being rented out. All in all it was in a nice quiet area with easy access to the location.

Nice big and comfortable house in a great location!

Big, comfortable beds, comfortable furniture inside and on the porch, a great kitchen for fixing dinner for the family, and a Ping Pong table. Who could ask for more?

Vacation

The property size was perfect, just as expected. We had no issues with the police or anything and we were our normal selves! We were celebrating a bachelorette and birthday and the location was awesome. The cleanliness needed improvements. Specifically the floors.... Everything else was absolutely perfect. I would stay here again for a great Tybee experience.

Superb!

This house is great. Clean! Spacious! It had everything we wanted. Quiet neighborhood! We absolutely loved this house! The game room was great for the kids to hang out in. House even came with a beach wagon. Some things to be aware of. These are not negatives but things we wish we would have known about.. There are not many things within walking distance. A couple restaurants and a few shops. Most have to be driven to. The beach that is in walking distance is a very calm water beach. The main beaches need to be driven to (a 4 minute drive).

Perfect place for the family!

Our family was visiting from Chicago and we needed a place that could accommodate all our needs and this rental was perfect! Clean and spacious and conveniently located near places we wanted to visit. The location is also perfect for those that like to actually get sleep at night without having to hear all the loud nightlife noise that some of the busier areas of tybee have.

Weekend birthday trip

The house was amazing very clean when we got there had a binder that had a lot of Info and even had a tablet to help find restaurants or other entertainment! The only thing I wish it had was directions to get to north beach or a map to show. But it really wasn’t a big deal we googled and was able to figure it out! Our kids enjoyed the game area. It was an overall amazing stay!
