The perfect house!

The house was amazing for a girls trip! It was the perfect amount of space and we loved that every room had its own bathroom! It was great for a trip of 12 girls! It was clean and just as it appears on the listing. It’s maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach from the front door, super super close and a great location! We had the best time and a big part of it was this amazing house!

Just right

Location of property was very close to the beach access boardwalk. Property description was accurate and interior was well appointed with multiple sitting areas and fully equipment kitchen. Great property for large families who desire private bathrooms for each bedroom.

Great place to stay and relax

This property is located in a great spot. Very close to the beach and also close to a grocery store. Very easy drive to historic Savannah. The pictures are very accurate and the kitchen is well equipped.

Halloween friends weekend

This property was super clean, well appointed, had numerous gathering areas and outdoor spaces and a huge kitchen. Location was perfect. Beds and linens were super comfortable. Five stars all around.

Wow, what a heat setting!

The table seated our whole family-7 adults, 5 kids plus a one-year old. Walking distance to the beach. Enjoyed park at Tybee and seeing the lighthouse. The 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms made our stay very comfortable. If you have a large family we highly recommend this house.

Relaxing getaway

Our family and friends enjoyed the proximity to the park, beach, and downtown! We walked to happy hour, the grocery stores and the beach! The views from the rooftop deck was our favorite!

This home is insane! We hope it is available every time we wish to visit this part of paradise! It could not have been more than petfect! We litetally want to live there full-time! Beautiful home! Wonderful location. Perfect hosts!

This was our second time at this property. The first time was exactly 1 year previous to this current stay. The floorplan is excellent and the location for beach time cannot be improved. We did notice some decline in the condition of the property. Water pressure at times was very poor, one of the bathrooms had a broken stopper, one of the tubs could not maintain the shower position, there was a drip stain down one upper stairwell, and going barefoot in the house gave everyone dirty feet. Assumed supplies like additional trash bags were missing. Overall, the positives are better than the small inconveniences.

Post Christmas fun!

Great stay in this spacious vacation property! Made some great family memories in this multi floor property. Spacious kitchen, two dishwashers, walk in pantry met all of our needs. Dining table for 12 and bar stools surrounding the U shaped kitchen island. We only wish it hadn't rained so much so we could have had more time on the beach that was steps away! We hope to return !

Gorgeous house

The house is stunning. Everything is as pictured and then more. It has en elevator for easy loading of luggage. The beach is walking distance like 1/2 a block. Loved the area lived the house

8 is enough!

8 of us that have friends for 50 years or so enjoyed Tybee Island and Savannah. The place was beautiful inside and out! Short walk to the beach for sunrises and fun! Easy access to Savannah (20 minute drive!). Ample towels, beds were comfy, plenty of room for all 8 of us, loved the elevator fir luggage and groceries! The 4th floor deck was wonderful in the morning for the sunrise and star viewing at night. We all were very happy with accommodations!

House was great but management failed to inform me the elevator was broken. This was a huge reason we got the house because my elderly MIL. It was a challenge all week with her. All I got was an apology back and nothing else. Unprofessional.

Girls trip

This house was perfectly located close to the beach and only 30 min from Savannah. The house had plenty for space for the 13 of us and the pictures were very accurate. When we had issues they were promptly addressed. Everything we needed to use worked well for us. Even had hot water for 13 females to shower in the same timeframe!

Tybee Fun!

Great property and very convenient. We all had nice accommodations within the home. If it's warm/humid, those in the lower level might be a little warm. Aren't allowed to change the temp on the thermostat and it might be set a little high. Loved having an elevator in the home as there were quite a few stairs. So all were able to get around OK. Nice property for walking places.

Would be nice if the rental property had an electric door code rather than a key in a lock box. House is just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Home had a great layout, perfect for a large family or multiple families. Kitchen was well stocked, furnishings were in good shape. Would stay in this property again.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental space was nice. The location was wonderful. The only issue was parking in the area if you have more than 2 cars at the home. You can't leave a car parked on the street in front of the property because it's paid parking only. Also, the bedding in one of the rooms had blood on the sheets & and comforter, which we told the management company about.

Great location and space, poor cleanliness and workings

This house is big, with pleasant spaces and room for 11 people to spread out, and in a great location for beach access. This beach was only crowded on weekends, and there was plenty of parking available. Several advertised amenities - elevator, garage doors - didn't work upon our arrival, and some never worked adequately - HVAC. The HVAC was controlled off site by the owner, per the property manager, so we couldn't set the temp to our liking. Cleanliness was subpar, with black grime on floors and furniture. Black mold and dirt spewed from one of the master bathroom jets when it was used.

Superb Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental exceeded all expectations. The layout was incredible. It was very spacious, clean and well-maintained. The accommodations were top-notch; large kitchen stocked well with dishes and cookware, sizeable bedrooms and living rooms, plenty of bathrooms and towels. The property was just a few steps from the beach, which made for wonderful sunrise and sunset walks. The ocean view from the rooftop deck was impeccable. Although we took advantage of the kitchen at times, we enjoyed meals at nearby restaurants Sting Ray's and Pier 16. Since the property is minutes from downtown Savannah, we went to City Market and the Riverwalk where there are lots of shops and eateries. We thoroughly enjoyed staying in the rental. Lucky Savannah is highly recommended for providing a fantastic property and premier customer service.

Beware of This House

Our family has been renting vacation homes at Thanksgiving for over 30 years. This house was the most poorly equipped and run down of any we stayed at. I don’t know who the owner is but they should know that the management company did not keep up the property. The enclosed list of issues encountered during our stay should have been addressed before we arrived. Thanksgiving is a special time for our family to gather from around the country. The conditions with the house cut into the enjoyment of our family get together. A malfunctioning TV when we usually watch football on Thanksgiving should be addressed by an owner before guests arrive. When I called the management company to report our concerns the person who answered the phone just blew me off. Fire these incompetents. See the list below: 1 no batteries in remotes for TV 2 Pixels burnt out forming large black patch on TV screen in living room 3 Comforter in master bedroom had large hole with stuffing coming out 4. One bath towel per guest - no extras. 5. Only 6 hand towels for 12 guests. 6. No face clothes. 7. Only 2 kitchen towels for Thanksgiving weekend and 12 people. 8. No laundry detergent or dryer sheets for washing machine. 9. No lamps in living room. Only un-dimmable bright LED lights in ceiling. 10. No sharp knife for carving turkey. 11. No chairs in bedrooms. 12. Cheap paper towels and toilet paper 13. No tissues. 14. Windows were dirty, some had mold
