Designed with multi-generational families, reunions, and group vacations in mind, this spacious coastal estate comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests while providing exceptional privacy and luxury throughout.

One of the home's most desirable features is its direct oceanfront location. Guests enjoy a private beach path leading directly to the sand, along with an additional public beach crossover just steps away. Situated within walking distance of popular Tybee Island restaurants, shops, and attractions, Heaven by the Sea offers the perfect balance of privacy and convenience.

The main living level serves as the heart of the home, where a beautifully designed coastal living room welcomes guests with comfortable seating and ocean views. The gourmet kitchen features a gas range, electric oven, abundant prep space, and generous seating for entertaining. The dining area comfortably accommodates large family meals, while the adjacent sunroom overlooks the pool area and provides additional space to relax. Just beyond, a covered ocean-view porch offers outdoor dining areas and front-row views of the Atlantic Ocean. A laundry room and convenient half bathroom complete this level.

Three bedrooms are located on the main living level, including two King suites, each featuring a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third guest bedroom offers two Twin beds, including a Twin trundle, and also features a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The upper level is home to two spacious ocean-view suites and an additional media room. The primary oceanfront suite features a King bed, panoramic Atlantic views, and an ensuite bathroom with a clawfoot soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second upper-level suite also offers a King bed, beautiful ocean views, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. What is parking like for this home?
Guests will have access to off-street parking for up to four vehicles directly at the home. With prior approval, additional parking is offered at the Oceanfront Cottage Rental's office.

*This home offers pool heating for an additional fee of $30 per day which can be added to your reservation after booking. Must be requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Pool heat is unavailable December through February. The maximum heated temperature is 75°F, and actual water temperatures may vary based on overnight temperatures, weather, and ground conditions. The spillover fountain operates daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM only.*
