My family and I stayed here for an off-season vacation, but we will not be returning. No internet for the first day of our stay. This property is managed by a company. They did not respond to the internet problem in a timely fashion, so I lost a day of work. One of the towels had a dirty footprint on it (they provided new towels). Communication with the company was confusing (different people seem to be responding to the VRBO app messages and the multiple phone numbers provided for text messages). Water shut off without warning while I was in the shower. Minimal supplies in the kitchen (5 coffee filters to match the 5 days of our stay, salt and pepper, that's it). My kids boiled in the hot upstairs bedroom while my wife and I were cold in the downstairs bedroom (bad heating system, no extra blankets provided). No real front door so we had to use the 2 combination locks and come in and out of the garage door as a result. No personality here ... very corporate ... refused my request for a reasonable discount in response to the problems.
