“The staff was confused when I got there, could not find my booking which I paid for in full online with credit card. They were unaware that Expedia is associated with hotels.com. Also, upon arrival I had to pay an additional 1000 baht deposit for key. This was not mentioned online and is something the customer should be notified of.”

“Everything went well. The internet worked as it should, rooms were clean, there are beverages, including beer, you can buy from the fridge on the first floor. You simply pay the staff working the front desk. Staff and cleaning crew were all friendly. The hotel is kind of 'off the beaten path', so other than a small shop across the street selling some snacks and such, you need to walk about 10 minutes to find a restaurant cooking food. “The room was clean and Big will a basic facilities provided. Including Microwave, Fridge and Water Boiler. I only requested a Stand Fan but they could not provide. Other than that everything was quite good. ”

“임팩트 아레나홀에서 세미나가 있어서 가까운 곳을 숙소로 정하였는데 걸어서 가기에도 나쁘지 않고 건너편에 시장이나 음식점등이 있어서 숙박하는동안은 편했다. 물끓이는 포트같은것, 에어컨, 냉장고, 큰수건2장이 제공되었고 방은 배정받기 나름의 복불복이다. 총 3개의 방을 빌렸는데 1개의 방은 최악, 2개의 방은 좋았다. 2년전인가에 갔을때는 공사하던곳임을 가만하면 나름신축건물이라 전체 방 컨디션은 나쁘지 않았던것 같다. 다음 행사때도 이용을 고려할만하다.”
