“Brilliant stay at the Villiers Hotel. We received a room upgrade and found ourselves staying in a Duplex Suite. The hotel was spotlessly clean, staff all kind and caring and very well trained. Hotel room was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well heated during the cold spell we were experiencing. The hotel was very well maintained and presented quite a quirky and interesting persona. Breakfasts were promptly presented with an excellent range of cooked choices. Always a free parking space...

“Parking was great staff was very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We had too change rooms though but it was no hassle at all as they went beyond their selves too help new owners only 1 month alot still too be done but food was exceptional ”

“The room was a little tired and dirty. The bathroom has not been cleaned well. There were hairs in the tub and marks/dirt on the toilet seat and around the sink area. The front desk staff were pleasant enough, though at check in I was told I owed £40 but I’d already paid the full amount. The redeeming part was the breakfast- good food and friendly staff. ”

“I wouldn’t really say I’m a fussy person, I can put up with a lot and I’m quite resilient but my ‘stay’ at The Jersey Arms hotel was a very good way to force some impromptu character development and really make me contemplate a lot of my life choices. Being honest the receptionist was a sweetheart and did the best that they could, but the hotel was a different story entirely. “Cooked breakfast was exceptional and good choice of cereal on continental, although would benefit from the addition of berries and yoghurts to the menu. Food at night was also fantastic. Great prices too.”
