“La habitación estaba super maltratada, chica y sucia!! Me iba quedar 5 noches y me quedé solo 1 por que estaba horrible Y carisimo!!!!”

“A few days in advance of my stay, Expedia asked me to update my CVC because my credit card received a new expiration date. The information didn’t properly flow through to the hotel via Expedia even though Expedia sent me a confirmation email for the updated credit info and that all was good. The hotel canceled my reservation as I was walking in the hotel lobby. I had nowhere to stay and they did nothing for me. It was a disaster and no one at the hotel could help. They were very quick to rebook...

“Room was fine - a little dated and drab, although seems like they are mid remodel at the moment. In terms of having a family of 5 with multiple rooms and bathrooms in NYC, it was great. The neighborhood is great and the access to Central Park was perfect. Overall great location in a slightly quieter part of town.”

“Great, confortable, and clean hotel with very kind staff. Felt like having an apartment in NYC 👍”

“The place was very clean but felt quite bizarre starting with the door of the apartment which had many coats of black and white paint and papers ripped and sticking here and there. It really looked quite scary. What made the apartment feel bizarre was there was no real living room. It did NOT have a couch or table as in the photo on line. The previous living room and dining room had been turned into a bedroom which had two large (double or queen) beds and the bunk bed (as pictured) with a...

“The location great. Very convenient to upper west side. That was the positive. The negatives- kitchen was not very clean. We ended up using plastic utensils as several forks and knives were dirty.- coffee maker didn’t work- debris on ground of kitchen- the apartment is dark! The pictures are not totally reflective- no AC in the main bedroom. Window AC in the main room- only 1 key!! Not sure how you can sleep 8 people and only have 1 key. That required a lot of juggling- host was somewhat...

“A complete scam. The property is a homeless shelter. Do NOT book yourself here.”

“a last minute change to a different location and size of apartment was made without notification. only found out of the change when we received the checkin information on the day of checkin. the new place was nice but was not what we ordered. Host was very slow to responds, 2-3 day. when she did she made some financial adjustments. VRBO took my calls right away and started working on a solution. in the end we were able to enjoy the apartment we stayed in and received a partial refund for...

“I have waited a couple weeks to write this review to eliminate the emotion and just be factual with my review. I wish we read the reviews prior to booking this stay. We have three main issues with the property. 1 - The apartment was not located as advertised. The key pick up is close to the advertised location and the address is actually about ten blocks north east. 2 - The communication with the host was very poor. It’s seems like an automated message that didn’t respond accurately. We ...

“Do not book this apartment. We were not provided with check in information and were left scrambling (in the rain) trying to find another place to stay in New York, one day before the Football World Cup final, when accommodation was extremely scarce and very expensive. This host should be removed from VRBO.”

“Great location, easy check in and check out.”

“Excelente relación calidad-precio. Buena ubicación con muy buena comunicación de transporte. Los anfitriones siempre amables respondiendo a todas mis dudas.”
