“Check in was quick and easy and Gurggen was quick to respond to my questions. House was extremely clean and well stocked. ”

“Super easy check in and Steffanie was quick to respond. Home was beautiful and well stock with essentials. Beautiful quiet neighborhood”

“Beautiful property, amazing host. Incredible views, and close to places like Costco and Walmart. Would love to stay here again”

“Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay.”

“Awesome”

“My family and I had a fantastic stay at Gevork’s place. The place is brand new and looks even better in person than in the photos --everything is spotlessly clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet and residential, which made it easy to relax. It's only a few minutes from Reseda Bivd, so shops and restaurants are right nearby. And the Tesla EV charger was the cherry on top, super convenient.Worth every penny, highly recommended!”

“Great place to stay close to everything in the LA area”

“We had a great stay here for two nights. Beautiful new place with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Lots of thoughtful touches and we had everything we needed and then some. Comfortable beds and AC unit in each bedroom and the main room. Easy parking on the street right in front of entry gate. Host was easy to contact and checked in by email to see if we needed help with anything. Highly recommend!”

“Listing stated that there was a blender. Did not see one. Only one mug was provided. When I asked for more, two more were made available. There were two of us! A reading lamp would have been a nice addition for reading in bed at night, such as a clip on to the bed. There’s a bed stand on one side of the bed with a lamp, but the left side of the bed could use a lamp. Overall, we were happy with the accommodation and the communication with Danny and would stay there again.”

“Great place and host!! Centralized location and in a safe neighborhood.”
