“Everything about our stay was perfect. The house is super clean, very spacious and exceptionally well equipped, truly a home away from home. The location is great, situated in a quiet neighborhood with a supermarket just 4 min drive. The backyard is a real highlight, there is a grill and a wonderful relax zone. The photos are 100% accurate. I'd absolutely recommend this place 10/10”

“There was no mention of the flight of stairs in the ad, which was doable, but difficult. The key pad to the front gate is completely in the dark, the motion light shines on the other side of the fence. The apartment itself was very comfortable and the bed although a climb to get in, was super comfortable! The apartment was very clean and everything you would need was right there. “This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.”

“This little house is very quiet which is nice because it is in a quiet neighborhood and in the very back of a deep yard behind the owner's house. There is another almost identical house next to the one we stayed in but separated by a big patio and there were no issues with this. The inside of our place was very modern and clean with newer looking stove, dishwasher and washer and dryer.
