“What an adorable country cottage. We came up for just 1 night for a family function and felt right at home. We are a family of four with 2 adult children but you could easily have 2 more children and a baby here. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with cozy nooks and nice front porch. Very clean and beds are comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen including full spice rack. We will definitely be back.”

“If you want a quiet slice of VA/Potomac waterfront, this is the place.”

“Good ”

“Property is exactly as described. We had a great week fishing and crabbing on the dock and even on the 2 days it rained, the house was so comfortable for chilling and watching movies. This house was well stocked with everything you would need. We forgot our Old Bay for the crabs but there was some already for us! “Great location, amazing service, will be back!”

“Excelent ”

“No está limpia.Desde que entramos sentimos olor a rancio y sucio.El baño está empercudido el toilet manchado y el shower también,no lo limpian con blanqueador.El AC viejo y muy ruidoso,la ropa de cama y toallas mal lavadas con color gris y no blanco porque no usan cloro ni agua caliente.La habitación huele a viejo y húmedo lo que es una pena porque es bien amplia y moderna pero los dueños actuales no invierten en mantenimiento ni higiene.”

“Amazing little oasis! Unique home, with cool decor. Missun and Dave are so kinda and welcoming which made us feel so comfortable. You can tell they are loved because all the guests there are now regulars that keep coming back.”

“This was my first VRBO experience and I loved how easy it was. The cottage is rustic and simple but that’s exactly what I was looking for. I ended up not making it to the winery, but it was an easy drive into Colonial Beach and over to George Washington’s birthplace. And a cozy place to curl up and read during the afternoon thunderstorm!”

“Excelente, todo fue de un excelente agrado, la habitación linda y remodelada con un espacio acogedor … lo recomiendo ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this lake house. The view is beautiful and the house is beautifully decorated and kid friendly. Just a really charming place to stay for a family vacation.”
