“The hotel is far from Venice, the hotels shuttle service was not available and it was a nightmare to get there, the body cream gave me a horrible rash and the staff charged the tourist tax twice, on arrival and check out. The staff was not helpful about information about vaporetos and they didn’t tell us we needed a previous ticket for the chapel. The hotel staff actually didn’t help at all.”

“We absolutely loved staying here. Location is perfect. The room is spacious, has everything you need and more. The possibility of having breakfast in the room is an amazing touch. We choose what we wanted and the time to serve it and they were always on time, which is amazing. The staff is brilliant and very helpful. Franco was always very helpful and made our stay excellent. We super recommend this place and we will definitely return. Thank you for an amazing stay!”

“Atencion cálida Todo muy bien”

“Excelente hotel.

“Beautiful hotel. Rooms where spacious, well furnished and comfortable. Great breakfast and location. Staff had ready our breakfast lunchbox, since we had to check-out so early to get to the airport. All in all, great experience. ”
