Love this property! It is fantastic absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family reunion. Close to the beach. Lots of room , big kitchen, spacious living area. Whomever manages it responded immediately and they were very helpful . Highly recommend this property.

Family Wedding

The house was amazing for our stay for a family wedding weekend. The location was perfect for a quick uber ride or walk to anyplace we wanted to go. Each bedroom was clean and comfortable! We also used the elevator to bring the luggage in. The cute outdoor space was a great spot for games and relaxing. We loved our stay in this beautiful house!!! Totally recommend this location!!!!

This is a beautiful, well appointed 5 bedroom home, perfect for a family of all ages, from an infant to an 80 year-old grandmother. The elevator makes the 3 floors accessible for all. The beach is steps away which was enjoyed by all. Even the weather was perfect.

Amazing home, crappy management company

Beautiful home, great location in Pierpont. It seems like the owners take great pride in their home as there were many thoughtful touches, written reminders and even a guidebook of local eateries and attractions (that we didn’t find until the last evening). Unfortunately the management company doesn’t seem to carry the same level of care. The kitchen cupboards and drawers were a careless mess of assorted housewares. Yet the owners guidebook had an entire list and map of where items belonged.The housekeeping upon arrival was basic: we found several items from previous guests and even trash in the main living spaces- definitely disappointing when you’re being charged a 500 cleaning fee. As noted by the management company prior to arrival, they only provide ‘start up’ amenities. (4 dish tabs, 3 laundry detergents, 2 trash bags, travel size soap) The bathrooms all had hand soap dispensers, but were barely filled and some appeared with a random mix of soaps? Thankfully the homeowner did seem to supplement with bulk shampoo/conditioner. The BBQ wasn’t in working order, 2 of the knobs were rusted shut and the third didn’t ignite. We also saw some ants in the 2nd floor bathroom- there was a bait station in the kitchen that we tried to relocate, but it seemed to be dried out and not help. We reached out to the company via email as well as text and got no response. Overall, a lovely home and stay for our family to enjoy the cool beach air but mgt. comp isn’t great :/

Great house/Great location

Beautiful house just a short walk from the beach. A few minor things weren’t working in the house but the owner was quick to communicate. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful Beach House

Our visit to Ventura at this home was great from beginning to end. The owners were very helpful during the booking process and the SunnyDays management folks were more than accommodating during our stay. The location is wonderful, close to the beach, trail and town. The home itself is large and airy, well stocked for anything you need, and the views from every room are stunning. All levels of the home have an outside area to hear and smell the ocean air. We hated to leave.

Amazing stay!

This house is wonderful for family gatherings. It was well stocked with all the essentials, very clean, well maintained, and in a lovely location right along the beach. The owner and property manager were extremely gracious and communicative. We would love to come back again for another family gathering!

Best vacation house!!

Everything about our vacation was perfect. The hosts and everything they had to offer us. The beach was only a minute walk away, and it wasn’t busy at all. We will absolutely be back

Relaxing beach stay

The house and location were beautiful. House was clean and spacious. Kitchen was a dream! We enjoyed our time here. We were able to enjoy the ocean and sun from the upper balcony while our son napped. The neighborhood was also very quiet. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect Spot for Mountains 2 Beach Marathon

Me and my running team booked this spot for the 2024 Mountains to Beach Marathon. It was located just a couple of blocks away from the finish line, making this a convenient spot for us. The house itself is huge, spacious, clean, and beautiful! We absolutely loved our stay here. Communication with our hosts was easy and seamless. Would 100% recommend for a family or group of friends! The elevator came in very handy after the marathon!

Beautiful Beach Home

This house is more beautiful than the photos! It’s close to the beach on lovely and quiet street and feels like a retreat. All the rooms are very private and everyone had access to their own space without feeling crowded. We loved the gorgeous kitchen and big dining room and living room for the family to hang out together. We also enjoyed taking the beach chairs down to the beach for sunset. Will come back!

Great Family property

We booked this property at the last minute to celebrate my Mother’s 75th birthday with 10 members of our family. Suzanne was so helpful, prompt, and accommodating with the booking and extremely generous to allow us to stay on such short notice. The property was just as amazing as it looks in the pictures. Steps from the beach and very well appointed, especially the kitchen. We loved our stay and hope to be back someday.

Great Location

Everything was great except there was no AC and I could not find where that was disclosed anywhere. I found out from the owner when they came to help with an unrelated issue. Other than that it was a great place, good amount of space and only steps away from the beach!

Girls trip

Great house with a nice ocean view. Beds were very comfy. Owner of the house gave us restaurant suggestions. Rumfish and Spasso were really good places to eat. Ventura is a charming town.

Amazing House!

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with a group of friends. The location is perfect, steps away from the beach. There was enough room for our group of 12, made of of 8 adults and 4 kids ages 5-8. The house has everything you need for a beach weekend. We would love to stay again!
