“A 5 star resort, pretty much everything you would expect. My only issue was sometimes they force you to spend. For example, we had extra food that we saved and refrigerated, but they wouldn't microwave it for us- We would need to order new food.”

“It’s a beautiful place but very inconvenient to get around especially staying at Villa. Our villa was so far from the beach. Our first night there was too much mosquitoes and bed was itchy until we asked them to change all bedding a few nights later. The villa was a very good size but not as well kept as I have liked. We got food poisoning from either the cups or the juices that we drink during breakfast buffet. Lots of their guests do not have food manners use hands instead of tongs.”

“I booked a villa with private pool on the beachfront, I got a studio on the 11th floor. I booked at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Villas and ended up at Vinpearl Nha Trang Bay Villas & Resort and in the highrise resort part. Not sure if I've been "ripped" by Expedia or by Vinpearl. All info from Expedia shows that I was in a ground level room/villa of a facility that was only 1 level. So, so disappointed. Vinpearl advertise there are two restaurants, true that but they are the same buffet at both...
