While the central location and spaciousness are great, I can't recommend staying at this place during the summer months. There is no air conditioning or even a fan, making it uncomfortably hot. We tried to open the windows to cool down, but the noise from a nearby busy area was unbearable, with yelling and screaming that went on until 5 AM. This made getting a good night's sleep impossible. Guests are forced to choose between a stiflingly hot room with the windows closed or a loud one with them open. A simple portable AC unit or even a couple of fans would drastically improve the experience.
