“The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the garden in the back is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here since it was pet-friendly ($40/night fee per pet not included in Hotels com quote). The location is also central to the beach and to the commercial areas. The only downside was that our sink was clogged the duration of our stay, but overall, a comfortable home base for our adventures!”

“Our family is big and this was the perfect place for us!! The house is soooo Cape Cod and the perfect location. It’s beautifully decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy the week (great kitchen). We cooked together, took walks, enjoyed the beach and the back patio was spectacular for our big crab boil. We will be back! ”

“This was an excellent property and an overall great stay. Great views of Bass River with all of the amenities needed for a weekend trip. Plenty of beds and a great living room to relax in. Showers were high powered and the beds were comfortable. Would've preferred a later check-out time but that was the only issue we encountered. Thanks!”

“We had a great experience. The property was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was spectacular and the heated pool and fire table a great bonus. We had a great time and really enjoyed the area. I would highly recommend, between the game room, pool and beach, perfect for a family vacation! The property manager was also great, stopping in upon arrival to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely visit again! ”
