“Perfect place to rest. Excellent service! ”

“This guy is a scammer, an hour before my checkin they finally sent me the "location" and claimed they needed more time to clean the property. Then at 5 pm and hour after they claimed their was a gas leak and I couldn't stay there. Only thing is the address they sent me wasn't real and I am convinced this listing is fake in and used to trick people into staying at their actual property in yonkers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!”

“This lovely suite was clean, comfortable and convenient and we’re so happy to have discovered it. We’ll be back. Shelton was immediately responsive and helpful throughout the process of our reservation and stay. The suite is on a quiet, peaceful street within walking distance of restaurants, deli’s, and coffee shops.”

From the moment we arrived, it felt peaceful, private, safe and welcoming. We were four women traveling alone and the privacy was top notch. The bedroom was comfortable, the bathroom was nice and everything felt clean and cared for. The communication was wonderful from start to finish and made the whole experience easy. This was also the first place I saw fireflies and it was magical. Between the fireflies, bunnies and...

The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

An alternate place to stay was finally provided at no additional charge but much smaller than what had been booked. Given the absence of communication for four days and then a sudden incident the day of check-in - the day...

“We had a wonderful time visiting NY for my 2 grandchildren’s graduation celebrations. The house was spacious & very comfortable for our family of 11 & my sweet pup. If the opportunity comes again to visit NY this house would be 1st on our list. Thank you for sharing your home with us.”
