“Overall, a very nice little place. Was much smaller than it appeared on the listing and a bit cramped with all the furniture in it, yet it met all of our needs for staying while we explored Oregon. The Blue Heron sanctuary was quite fascinating to listen to and we enjoyed hearing & watching the Eagle as well :) A lovely area! Communication with the owner was prompt and thorough and they even left us some information about the various areas we could explore being in Oregon for the first time. :) ”

“I wish I could write a better review for this place. I was super excited to stay here but it just wasn't worth the price. Upon driving up to the house you immediately see a large blue tarp covering most of the roof. The outside exterior clearly needs some maintenance and is in disarray. The entrance to the place is down some side stairs that also need some repair. The door doesn't lock! Entering the apartment/flat, you are immediately overcome with a smell of must and urine! “We had so much fun! There’s a hot tub, pool table, darts, and a projector for watching movies. The tiki bar was so so cute and the views were gorgeous. Overall was a great stay :) ”

“Good place to escape city noise and people. Be aware the 2nd bedroom is at the top of an open stairway and shares a downstairs bathroom. If you do bring dogs, there are 2 dogs next door that will bark aggressively, sometimes right at the fence, if they are outside. Otherwise, there is only the sound of the rushing river. You do need a car but that comes along with escaping the city. Management company is very responsive and helpful. ”
