“The property felt extremely safe! You couldn’t enter or leave without proper tools. I love that we had access to the garage, that added another layer of protection. The loft felt comfortable and cozy.. The decor was so cute. We also loved that we were close to everything that we wanted to do. I will be saving this stay for all my future visits to Memphis. ”

“Everything about this rental worked very well for me - it was very clean and located in a very cool building, no issues communicating with the host - had it not been I was traveling solo or on the go my whole stay it may have been a bit cramped but as it was it worked great and would definitely stay here again. ”

“We paid a doble queen bed room and wasn’t available ”

“A fantastic stay-great location, clean, comfortable, easy parking, and solid value for cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend to friends. Two reasons for a 4* rating, versus 5. First, the front main door of the building was often left ajar/needed to be pulled hard to fully close and lock. We found the area safe and comfortable, and for some that could be uncomfortable. “Arrived late but room was ready and quiet. Slept well on the comfy beds.”

“I loved the location but was surprised I didnt have direct acess to the balcony.”

“Awesome property in a perfect location, especially since we are traveling with our small dog. Great AC!! Loved free parking & walk ability to Main Street & Beale Street. Host provided practical products like laundry soap and plenty of towels. Will definitely stay again if we return to Memphis!”

“Quiet little property perfect for solo or couples! Close to everything you'd want to see in Memphis.”

“Safety/Security? Yes! Gated and plenty of cameras, all different codes, easy to use, parked in the alley and still felt safe Clean/Comfortable? Yes! Bed and pillows were amazing, bathroom and kitchen were clean, floors were clean, very impressive, just the right size and use of space, 2 of us and never felt cramped I was given all the info I needed to access the property prior to check-in, the owner emailed to check on us and made themselves available daily if needed (we didn't), the property...

“This unit was very clean. The management was very attentive to any questions or concerns I had. The parking area where you pulled into the property was small and you had to back out to get to the street. There were a lot of homeless people in the neighborhood. I didn’t feel threatened or anything like that. The parking lot is gated. ”

“Very cute, clean and centrally located to walk around downtown and Beale St.”
