“It’s so peaceful & relaxing the moment you walk into this cottage. Everything is as described and more. The patio has such a welcoming atmosphere & after our long hikes the private hot tub completed our days. There are so many beautiful trails within walking distance, as well. This is our second time staying here & it did not disappoint. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful place to call home while exploring beautiful Sedona!! “House layout comfortable, loved the fireplace and backyard, very clean, all basic amenities provided, beds were very comfortable, quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, sugarloaf hiking trail and peace park, about a 10 minute drive to uptown Sedona. Only thing I would suggest is a motion light near the front door as we arrived very late and it was a dark walk from the driveway to the front door, I had to use my phone flashlight to see. ”

“This property is in a very nice quiet residential neighborhood. It is easy to get to popular hiking trails such as devils. Bridge and airport mesa without dealing with the traffic in Sedona. It is clean has everything 2 people would need and very comfortable. I appreciate not being in all the touristy hustle of Sedona proper but close enough to get to when we desired. ”
