We absolutely loved our stay! The owners truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our family. From the handwritten welcome notes to the fully stocked kitchen, it felt like we were staying at the home of friends who think of every little detail.Check-in and check-out were a breeze thanks to the clear instructions.We loved the spacious outdoor fire pit and beautiful yard—such a great spot to relax, unwind, and make memories. The location is also super convenient with plenty to do nearby. We had an incredible time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend this wonderful home!

Do not hesitate, book this house. This house has so many personal touches and has everything you can think of or may need for any adventure during your stay here. So clean and plenty of room for 8 adults to stay comfortably. The pond was fun with plenty of fish in it! Hot tub and grill were great! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house!

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this home! It is obvious that the owners take great strides in making the property as clean and accommodating as possible. It truly felt like a home away from home. It was so wonderful to have family time sitting on the front porch and fishing in the pond. The kids loved playing with the pool table and arcade games! We absolutely plan on using this property again when we return for our annual trip!

Great get away from home

This place was so peaceful and relaxing. We come to get away for our Anniversary which was a great surprise for me! The ponds are clean and stocked!we didn’t catch anything to windy. So much to do at the house and in the area around.

Birthday trip

Words just can't describe how much I loved this stay. It's amazing, clean, welcoming, and has everything you can possibly think of. Debbie and her husband have thought of everything and you can tell the thought and care that went into this home. From all the details such as a fan in every closet, abundance of towels, amazing beds, and them even having a birthday card for my husband! This home is less than 20 minutes away from the casino and is close to everything while being far enough away to feel alone and have privacy. This is by far my family and I's favorite home we have ever stayed in and we can't wait to be back!

Best stay ever!

We came together from various states to be together for the Christmas holiday. I was immediately impressed with this home, from the thoughtful gifts left for us, to how fully stocked the home is. The decorations were beautiful and your hospitality was beyond words! The kids enjoyed the grinch decorations, the games in the bunk room, jacuzzi, axe throwing, swing, fishing, and the canoe. We never heard a peep of them being bored! The beds were very comfortable and no details were missed! Your home was truly magical and we thank you for sharing it with us. We hope to return very soon!

The perfect week

Our family had a wonderful time at this amazing property. The entire property was decorated beautifully and had everything we could possibly need. Our sons loved every single thing about this place, so much so that my youngest is begging to come back for his birthday trip. And, it was perfect and comfy for our little fur baby. Outstanding in every way!

Wow! We almost never leave reviews and if we do, they are usually not positive. But I am just so impressed with this property and Debbie/Dean that I had to post this review. You will not be disappointed. They have thought of everything down to details that other VRBO owners never even think of such as bars of soap, backup security codes, and other details that are noticed, appreciated, and impressive. You guys could give seminars on how to do a vacation property. Thanks so much for your care and heart in providing us your home for vacation rental to us. If we ever come back to Smokey Mountains, you will be my first call!

AMAZING customer service

The customer service at this location is PHENOMENAL! From the moment I booked, I felt truly welcomed. They were able to accommodate a special request that I had and they got back to me within 24 hours even over Christmas holidays. We chose this house because my mom was worried about staying in the winter up a mountain...this was low enough on the mountain that wasn't a worry and still had beautiful views. When I arrived there was a welcome note and basket. My mother just kept saying she loved the thoughtful touches throughout the home. We started saying that my mom was becoming besties with Deb. Everything that we needed was right there. There are fishing poles for the pond, a hot tub with tv, an ax throwing game, a stocked game room with an arcade machine, pool table and skee ball. The kids kept saying, "Will we come back here?" When we checked out, my daughter was upset because she left a stuffy there. Before I could mention it to the host, she texted me to ask if it was ours, and SENT IT BACK to our house (free of charge) the very next day. I just cannot believe the level of hosting that occurred here. It just went over and beyond what you would ever imagine at a VRBO. Thank you Deb for inviting us so warmly into your home.

Bach trip

Went for a bachelor weekend. And the property was amazing plenty of activities to keep busy during bad weather. Plus everything you could think of was included. Deb was an amazing host. Couple that with amazing wifi and water pressure which are usually the things you sacrifice with a mountain house. Pretty close to things without being right on top of them making it a quiet and peaceful stay.

Excellent Accommodations

This exceeded our expectations for our stay. Not only was it clean, comfortable, and enough room for 12 to earn 5 stars, the property owner went above and beyond. The Christmas decor was incredible, the kitchen had more than you would expect for a rental, and the house was stocked with everything. I wouldn’t hesitant to stay here again. In fact, I’d go out of my way to stay here again.
