“Hotel correcto”

“The hotel and the pub are very tired and in desperate need of rlc and upgrade/refurb. Stains on everything from floors to ceiling. Chairs in the room and the bar that should be in the bin. The cleaners do a great job but the whole place needs dealing with. Green King you are better than this. ”

“Brilliant location for Poole Quay. Family room spacious, quiet and clean. Disappointing there was no view out of windows not even a glimpse as totally blocked by white permanent shuttering. I don't care if the view is not great but too see the sky would be good. I'm sure there is good reason why shuttered as doesn't make sense otherwise. If the room hadn't have been so spacious, we would have felt quite claustrophobic. Staff very friendly. A warm welcome upon arrival and at breakfast. Cooked...

“Staff helpful and pleasant except for one staff member at breakfast who was actually rude and unhelpful, which was a shame as she let the hotel down. However, overall, nice place and welcoming.”

“Breakfast was a bit of a pickle. Help yourself on the bar. Hot order with waitress. Bacpn only cooked on one side - a bit odd. Coffee not good. ”

“Kind of okay, but some of the staff were really bothered if you need anything or ask them a question. At the pub the staff were a bit weird and made us feel not welcomed. Most of them looked very tense and wanted you to get out of their faces quickly. Some of them were good. They should leave more milk bags in the rooms.”

“Check in was easy and straightforward. We were greeted by friendly staff. The room was clean and presentable. However, it was quite cold. Also you could hear the wind and rain really easily outside, we tried closing the windows as much as possible, but there were some visible gaps still. I can imagine it being really nice in the summer. It is ver well located. We had dinner at the pub downstairs and it was nice. Really pet friendly with some dog bowls available also.
