“Hotel correcto”

“The hotel and the pub are very tired and in desperate need of rlc and upgrade/refurb. Stains on everything from floors to ceiling. Chairs in the room and the bar that should be in the bin. The cleaners do a great job but the whole place needs dealing with. Green King you are better than this. ”

“Very easy to check in, the room was very clean & tidy. The evening meal was well presented & tasted very nice. The full English breakfast I had was again nice & very filling. There was a good choice of Continental breakfast if you didn’t want the full English. The staff very polite. The whole hotel was very clean & well looked after. I would stay here again.”

“If you use a wheelchair make sure you state this when booking. Accessible suites are only available on the 2nd floor and the lift does not go to the third floor. We were on the third so we had some steps to use and drag the chair up. An access ramp is at the side of the building but, if you cannot do stairs, you have to wheel through the outside bar patio in the front, into the back of the bar, through the restaurant and out into the lobby. “Great 2 night stay, lovely room with a beautiful view. Ideal location for us as visiting family in Southbourne. Lovely food, I had the chicken and ham pie both nights, it was that good. Entertainment over the road at the Beach cafe both afternoons, which was a bonus in the fab weather we had. Definitely return ”
