The house was beautiful. In the kitchen there was everything we needed. The host supplied a coffee pot and a K- cup machine. Plenty of towels and two roll away beds. Very relaxing. TV's were smart tvs that aloud you to hook up your streaming devices to them. There was one in each bedroom as well. The host responds to your texts very quickly, which we appreciated. A MUST STAY!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Stay at 713. The house was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and hands-down the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in. You can tell real care went into making guests feel comfortable. From the luggage racks to the bottle of wine, extra-soft blankets, and all the little touches throughout the home, it truly felt welcoming the moment we walked in.The layout was perfect for our family. The adjoining bathroom between the two bedrooms made our kid feel safe and comfortable, which meant we could all relax and enjoy the trip. We drove in from Surprise, AZ and stopped at Lowell Observatory on the way, then stayed here while visiting Canyon Coaster and Bearizona the next day. Everything was only about 5–10 minutes away, making the location incredibly convenient.Parking was easy, the home was well thought out, and everything was exactly as described (if not better). Kristina was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and clearly invested in making sure guests have a great experience.We’ll absolutely be recommending The Stay to anyone heading up north, and we’d happily stay here again ourselves.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. Pristine and elegantly decorated. Anticipated our needs and we had more ammentities than we needed. Wecwere welcomed with a card and bottle of local wine. Classy. I definitely recommend this VRBO.

Host was responsive to questions we had. Ample parking on property. Although the property is on a corner lot it was quiet and we didn't hear any road noise. Kitchen was well stocked with mixing bowls, dishes and cooking ware. We would stay here again.

We pick the perfect time to be in Williams for the 4th of July. The accommodations were perfect for us and our son’s dog. We would recommend to friends and would like to return. We left Phoenix a few days after returning for vacation on the coast. Sorry for not responding earlier.

Effortless Vacation

The house was updated and cute. We were provided all things needed to make our vacation feel like home. Only an hour from the Grand Canyon. All the amenities of convenience in a quiet neighborhood street.
