“This was a great stay for our company retreat. It was close to the Grand Traverse Resort where we had meetings. Everyone was very comfortable.”

“This unit was in an ideal location. Less than 2 blocks to the beach, with nice view of the lake. Comfortable and clean condo. Walk to everything downtown. We had a great stay.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! Carley’s place was spacious, very clean, and just so nice. There were even fresh flowers! There was awesome communication from her and we had everything and more than we needed due to her rocking host qualities. The view is beautiful and the location is unbeatable and walkable to everything fun. We would love to stay here again, it is an awesome, awesome place to call home for an Elk Rapids trip.”

“An adorable little home Very tidy and well appointed.”

“Very new and clean property with full amenities and equipment. Very good sense of room and interior. Perfectly convenient location easy to move around the city, close to the airport, the park, beaches and a supermarket. Host is very helpful, very quick response and very friendly. We ended up staying in the room most of time and cooked the dinner every day. Highly recommend it.”

“Very nice place downtown Traverse City, very close to shops, restaurants, beach.A couple minor issues -- 1. Wifi information provided wasn't correct and had to contact host.2. The parking garage was nice, but too small to park either of our cars (Suburban and pickup truck).”

“Such a great stay! Very spacious rooms - we really enjoyed being able to relax in the living room. The location was also great and was easy to explore many areas of town. We also greatly appreciated the super easy checkout process with no to do list to worry about. Highly recommend!”

“This property was perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space, close to the lake, secluded area which was nice to have quite time too”

“Property was great!! Nice, quiet area. Beds were comfortable and it was stocked with plenty ammenities.”

“It was okay. The floor was sandy but over all it was pretty clean. The beds were really comfortable. Are main reason for staying here was the beach but that was a let down and we ended up driving to the state park to spend the day at that beach.”

“I would come back to this beautiful house.”

“Enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect distance to/from town for all the things!”

“Conveniently located, clean, easy to use”

“We booked this property for three nights over the July 4th holiday and, regrettably, cannot recommend it.What concerned us most was the condition of the beds. All three were not clean upon arrival: a dried blood stain on one pillowcase, makeup stains on the linens, and dirt, sand, and hair, both short and long, across every bed. We did not notice until close to midnight on the first night, by which point we had no option but to sleep in them. A cleaning fee had been charged, yet the home had...

“Absolutely loved staying at this house right above the Sand Bar on Torch Lake. It’s a perfect location. The host was beyond amazing with all communications as well. Thank you! Walmart delivers here…”
