“It was a perfect place to stay for my husband’s mom’s 80th birthday in Willsboro!!!! We had a beautiful walk down to the beach with great views of the lake the whole way!!!!”

We were grateful that the AC was on when we got there, because the first day was very hot and humid. The house was stocked with everything we would need and the hosts were very attentive. Helpful Info was provided on activities and shopping in the area. One suggestion for future guests is to bring reading lights, since lighting in common areas was rather dim. ”

“If you are good with an authentic rustic environment- complete with small rodent catch and release trap under the stairs, a little water coming in the bedroom ceiling when it rains, bugs galore, and supplying your own drinking water— then OK. Everyone else consider yourselves forewarned. There has been absolutely no maintenance done on this property in decades. The local staff are wonderful.”

“We were a large party that stayed for a graduation event. The house and property are lovely. Everything was exactly as in the description and Deb was a superb hostess. She was responsive and very helpful in advance of our visit with dining suggestions. I would highly recommend this house to any large family wanting some time on the lake. The marina at South Hero is not far and the grocery store is 5 mins away. ”
