  • This cozy midtown cottage sleeps 4 comfortably and is in a convenient midtown location, a short drive to beaches and shopping. Master bedroom has a queen bed and Apple TV in the room. Second bedroom has twin beds. Two full bathrooms and laundry room with washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Large screen, high definition TV in living room, with Apple TV. Fenced backyard with charcoal BBQ and patio seating. Quiet neighborhood includes a community park, perfect for walking a dog or just taking a relaxing stroll.

Quiet neighborhood and lovely home. Host had everything and some extras in case forgot to bring. Very thoughtful and enjoyed staying there.

This was our second stay at the little blue cottage and again did not disappoint. House has great location, is very clean and well stocked with lots of nice little touches.

The house is comfy and cozy and very well appointed. Great location as well. The park at the end of the block was an appreciated bonus as a place to walk the dog.

Perfect home away from home for your stay in Wilmington!

Owner Michelle goes way above and beyond to ensure guests are comfy and have everything they need. Pretty cottage, nice neighborhood and park to walk the dog or get the kids out to play. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return!

Weekend Stay

Our family enjoyed a weekend visit for our daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect for what we needed for this trip. The host was very kind and provided great communications. Having the house stocked with some bottled water and snacks was a nice treat as well. The house is just as described and perfect for a small family stay. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

Comfortable & Convenient

Overall, our stay was pleasant. I appreciated the little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. The little park near the house was great for our dog and the house was convenient to UNCW, beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. Thanks for the stay.

This house was great. There were so many conveniences from food to drinks to toiletries. The house was very clean and well cared for. In a nice neighborhood with good access to many places.

Great place and great location

We really enjoyed our stay here while exploring the Wilmington area. Exceptionally clean with lots of extras, on-site laundry. Included lots of amenities that other places overlook. Kids really enjoyed the board games in the evening. The bathrooms and kitchen are stocked very well.

Great location and host!

This house is located about 15 minutes from UNCW, downtown, and the beach. It is well supplied by the host, and lives up to its pictures! The fenced in backyard is perfect for your dog!

Best Stay Ever

By far Melissa was the best host I've ever experienced. She truly has thought of EVERYTHING to make sure the guests are comfortable. The cottage is fully stocked, impeccably clean and perfect if you're traveling with a child or dog. The cottage is centrally located and minutes from shopping, restaurants and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the residents are all super friendly. This place is PERFECT.

This house is perfect for a family or couple, especially with pets! Quiet neighborhood, close to amenities plus Carolina and Wrightsville beach are both 15 minutes away. Great house, but the property owners are over the top! Great communication from the host. 10/10 place!

Wonderful little blue cottage

Everything was more than we expected. Very clean, great neighborhood with a park just 300 feet away. We have two smaller dogs and it worked was perfect.

Relaxing Sunny Getaway!

Wonderful long weekend trip! The Blue cottage is comfortable, cheerful & conveniently located. Michelle has stocked the home with snacks, coffee & toiletries. The fenced in backyard is perfect for pups to roam. The neighborhood is quiet & there is a lovely park across the street. Thank you for a great stay!!

Look no further

Perfectly located property, close to beach, shopping, restaurants and area is easy to navigate. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Host provided a comfortable and well appointed home with a lot of appreciated touches and was quick to respond to questions. House is as pictured and very clean. Nice fenced in yard. Highly recommend, would and will go back.

Wilmington Beach Trip
