    Conveniently located in the heart of historic Downtown Wilmington, this intimate fourth-floor 1BR condo features tremendous balcony views of the Cape Fear River, Memorial Bridge, and the Battleship North Carolina! Enjoy convenient elevator access in a secured lobby. Take a leisurely stroll to downtown shops, pubs, coffeehouses, and restaurants.

    Visit nearby beaches and islands, and enjoy a variety of outdoor options -- including hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, and boating!

    Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.)

    LIVING AREA

    An open living area offers comfortable seating for pre-dinner drinks or unwinding with a movie. Seat up to four guests on a sleeper sofa and armchair. Watch your favorite TV shows on a 42 flat-screen TV. Theres also a wonderful view of the Cape Fear River via the sliding glass balcony doors.

    KITCHEN & DINING

    The chef in your group will feel right at home in the cozy kitchen, outfitted with everything you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals. A full suite of appliances includes an electric range and dishwasher.

    When its time to eat, find seating for three at the kitchen counter.

    BED & BATH

    This one-level condo sleeps four guests between the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

    The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV. The adjacent bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination and includes a complimentary starter supply of toiletries and bath amenities.

    OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

    An intimate balcony with seating for four provides a magnificent view of the Cape Fear River, the Memorial Bridge, and the Battleship North Carolina.

    EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

    Complimentary Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer, and one unreserved parking space in the enclosed parking deck are provided. The large RiverPlace Parking Deck is next to the building and offers additional parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

    LOCATION

    Drive just 10.9 miles to Wrightsville Beach Park, where youll enjoy a playground, basketball, tennis, softball, and volleyball. Drive 14.5 miles to Carolina Beach State Park for some of the areas best fishing, miles of hiking trails, and the opportunity to spot a Venus Flytrap in the wild. While youre in the area, visit the popular Carolina Beach Boardwalk & Pavilion!

Great location, super nice to have included parking just a few blocks away. Check in was easy. My only complaint is that there was very little toilet paper, no tissues, and some of the toiletries/hand soap were empty.

The place was clean with a great view. The parking situation is not great. However, the text message received on the day of was a little misleading & we thought we could check-in the place early - 10 mins early, but that was not the case. The girl in the office was nice & did help activate it so that we could get in. However, my daughter went to the bathroom once we got in & said there was no toilet paper. I looked all over for some to no avail. I had to call the office again & let the manager for housekeeping know we had none. She said they'd be there ASAP with some, but no one ever showed. I even text the # they gave me to see when someone was coming - no one answered till 10 AM the next day asking if I still needed my amenities. I said no...my husband had to walk next door to Dollar General to get some! All they said was "Thank you for the update, apologize for the inconvenience" - didn't even try to make it right.

Beautiful View, Great Apartment

Loved our view of Cape Fear River, the NC Battleship and the Riverwalk.. It was quiet, convenient to downtown with walking distance to dining and shops.
