  • Beautifully updated home that the whole family will enjoy. 4 spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom. 3 of the bedrooms have brand new king mattresses, the 4th bedroom has 2 bunks and sleeps 4. Kitchen has everything you will need. Screened in patio as well as open air balcony. And an amazing elevator as well! We designed this house to make it truly feel like your home away from home. Centrally located 2 minutes from UNCW, and 12 minutes to Wrightsville beach! 10 beds total

    Cool 3 story house with an elevator and plenty of privacy. House has all the comforts you will need to relax and chill
    Guest access
    With exception of 2 owners storage closets, you have access to the whole house

This is the second time that our team has stayed here. Very clean and comfortable home. Owner is a fantastic communicator and went beyond to ensure we enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend!

Such an amazing get away! We used this house for a Bach trip and we all had an amazing stay. Courtney, hosts assistant, was super responsive and dedicated to our needs! House is close to a lot of places. House was VERY clean and equipped with things we needed! 10/10 recommend staying here. It is close to UNCW. We had no issues with the stay. Thanks again for a great experience guys.

This is the best spot in Wilmington. It’s located in the center of the city and just gorgeous. My family came home for a funeral and it was a holiday. I was able to cook everyone our traditional meals for breakfast and dinner. Thank you for making us home in your home away from home but back home

Amazing visit to Wilmington. We were there for a family wedding. The house and amenities were top notch. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was perfect for getting ready for the wedding. There is plenty of food options with in walking distance. Would highly recommend this property!

Steven was a great host. Very responsive and nice. Had one issue but he responded immediately. The house was clean and spacious. We use this house for all of our family and parents for UNCW graduation! It was close to everything. I would highly recommend this house especially if you have a student at UNCW!

Felt new. Kitchen had everything. Steven was very good at communicating. Had a little difficulty with the door code. I’d stay again. Beds were comfy. Fire pit was fun too! Elevator was great!

Great house for a family!

We were in town for a family wedding and this house was perfect for cousins to gather from different places around the country and make a long weekend vacation together. Everything was great in the house - incredibly comfortable and spacious, clean, and so many thoughtful details!

Enjoyable Visit to Wilmington

Place was picture perfect. We were traveling with an 83 year old and she was able to enjoy riding on the elevator. Family members who were at other properties plan to use it for future stays. We had one concern and was addresses and taken care of immediately. This was an awesome host and we so enjoyed our stay. Plan to book for all future events. Thank you Steven

Thanksgiving Get Away

The property was in a secluded, quiet neighborhood. It is a beautiful home, clean, secure and equipped with everything you need. Our family totally enjoyed the fire pit.

Wonderful Location!

We needed to be close to UNCW for my son’s graduation. We had two sets of elderly grandparents with us and this house was perfect. The owner went above and beyond to help when needed. We really enjoyed our stay!
