Step outside to a beautifully evening-lit patio with comfortable lounge seating that flows seamlessly to our signature outdoor space: a hot water shower and an oversized rustic galvanized soaking tub — a spa-like experience under the trees, handpicked for its charm and big enough for two adults. String lights wrap the entire patio and shower area, making evenings here genuinely magical. Relax in the hammock area, let the kids loose on the climbing dome, or simply listen to the sounds of the woods after dark.

Because we border a natural wetlands forest, you’re in genuine coastal nature. The property is alive with wildlife: expect to see many species of birds in the canopy, squirrels, lizards, and frogs going about their day. You may occasionally spot a water bug — a completely harmless, native insect common throughout coastal NC’s wetland ecosystems. We use eco-friendly pest management and a Dynatrap flying insect system to keep things comfortable. Most guests never encounter one.
