  • Come relax, and enjoy the unobstructed ocean views in Wrightsville Dunes F-2B! Completely renovated in the spring of 2025, this property has everything you could ever want in a modern beachfront property.

    The large, open living area is the perfect place for everyone to gather, and the newly remodeled kitchen with updated appliances offers tons of space and cookware for the chef in your group. The ocean facing master bedroom has a king bed and a brand new bathroom with a walk in shower. The two guest rooms are on the sound side of the unit, and one has a queen bed while the other has two twin beds. These bedroom share another newly redone bathroom in the hall, which has a tub/shower combo.

    Located at the popular Wrightsville Dunes complex, you have access to the community pool and tennis at this beautiful development, nestled in the dunes at the North End of Wrightsville Beach. Come discover what numerous repeat guests know, Wrightsville Dunes is the perfect location for your next vacation!

    Linens included with rentals less than 21 nights.

    Restrictions:
    - Mail/ Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please call our office for instructions to have mail/packages sent to the specific beach office for your rental.

    - Summer Season Friday check-in only.
    - In the summer season, daily rentals are only available for booking within 7 days of the arrival date and require a 2 night minimum.

    - Storage area located under building. Owner leaves a key in the unit, located in the drawer under modem. There is also a key in the master key box at IRC.
    - 2 Car Parking only. Campers and trailers of any kind are not permitted.

Beautiful location

This is a lovely property and I hope to return some time. Available Beach chairs at the property would be a nice addition. Renting chairs for just one or 2 days is inconvenient. We have stayed at other beach properties in Delaware and chairs were avaliable to use which is super nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit had wonderful views and very easy access to the beach. The floorplan was awesome and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Kitchen is fully stocked and parking was convenient too. Nice to have an elevator as one of our party did not navigate stairs too well.

Poorly Managed, Dirty and Dated

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit did not come as advertised. The furniture was dirty and dated. The sofa was extremely stained to the point we did not feel comfortable using it without covering it. The mattress in the master bedroom was well passed needing to be replaced. Some of the appliances had been updated, but some are pretty old. Both bathrooms are very dated. The unit was not cleaned well. It didn’t appear the floor mats for bed spreads had been cleaned. Every other day we’d have to chase down and get rid of a roach. There was a sewage smell coming out of the sinks. One of the reasons we went with this unit was because it had a washer and dryer. We checked in on Friday discovered a couple hours later that the washer did not work. We called Intercoastal Realty the next morning but didn’t get a call back. We continued to call until we reached someone, who connected us with their maintenance rep. The maintenance rep said this was a known problem and we should have been notified, and a service appointment had already been scheduled for Tuesday. So, this issue was known prior to our check-in and we were not told nor were we asked if it was acceptable to have a service appointment during our visit, during a global pandemic. We made arrangements to be out of the way on Tuesday for the service appointment, but the repairman didn’t show up. The repairman did show up unexpectedly late Wednesday afternoon (2 days before check-out). Throughout the process, Intracoastal Realty was difficult to deal with. They didn’t return calls and didn’t even attempt to act like they cared about any of this unit’s issues. Intracoastal Realty continuously put the blame on the owner and acted like there was nothing they could do. Wrightsville Dunes is a nice place, great location, great views, nice pools. But this unit was not nice and you should avoid using Intracoastal Realty if you can!

To need so much, But, Perfectly stocked with all needed to cook, eat, and enjoy a visit with family.But it needed so much!The rental needs a TOTAL CLEANING! Pillows smell, BUGS, twin beds one about to break down and both too small, no mattress cover for one, rugs, coaches, chairs food stained...!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good view from balcony, beds/bedrooms comfortable, furniture generally comfortable and adequate. Decorating & LR furniture is old but still comfortable.We had maintenance:1) change filthy ac unit filters 2) replace totally broken laundry & kitchen ceiling light fixtures — those two areas were dark 3) all fire detectors/alarms needed batteries or replacement. Electrician was ultimately required, as explained, since light bulb replacement couldn’t solve lighting problems. Think problems were fixed, so could recommend because of fabulous location.

Nice Getaway

The unit was in a nice location, beautiful view, and close beach access. Everything in the unit was functional, however it could use some updating in the bathrooms & kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked, but it could use a thorough cleaning & purging of quite a few questionable items (rusty knives, some things not clean, etc.). Overall a decent value.

Overall experience from a beach perspective was great

We were given two parking passes but someone was in our 2nd spot the entire time. Cleanliness and upkeep of property could be improved. Main bedroom cover had blood stains. Bathroom rugs are dirty. Towels were stained. Main bath could have been cleaner. I hope I left it cleaner than I arrived.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THe wifi was not connected, operating on arrival. Needed for work. Maint came by and set up. Needed to update the wifi password and user. After, Wifi did not work well and called maint back. Wifi download was 1-5mb, not enough to do anything with work. Affected whole vacation. Cannot recommend in this setting. No warning ahead of time to arrange for other measures. Maintenance did the best they could, said connection speed was owners responsibility.

Negatives: Extremely outdated (looks like original carpet, stained, worn); No updated appliances; Paper towel holder from a dollar store, fell every time you took off a sheet; Old, cheap hairdryers; cheap bar soap—who uses that anymore?; No basics in unit, such as dishwasher cubes, detergent, shampoo, conditioner. We paid 1700.00 for 4 nights and I think basics should be supplied.Trashbags, paper towels—no extra. Upholstered valances, headboards need dusting terribly. Mattress pads old, stained. Quilts, duvets need washing. HUGE roach (one alive, one dead). Could not open MBR windows to hear surf. Lamp in 1st bedroom had a short and gave us a headache.One feature, the whirlpool tub, looked unused for years so we were scared to use it. For people who mind aesthetics, it would be good to describe this place as great location, but basic accommodations, at a high price.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Once this was a very nice unit and has a great location, but time has worn and outdated it a bit. The personal was kind and helpful but the roaches while appropriate for the area where too numerous to inspire confidence in their cleanliness.. We had to call to figure out how to get shower to work and send a photo to a plumber to find out. Extra pillows were available but no pillowcases and a extra blankets were shabby at best. I wish it would have went well. We arrived to one bed not made and towels we needed to unpack and place ourselves and the clean up was almost maid worthy. This is not a cheap rental and the space is good but for the money we will go elsewhere. The other note I'd add is that Wrightsville backs up getting on and off the island with rather crazy traffic signs and patterns. So if you want to work a lot, wait a lot and enjoy well worn furnishing a lot , this is almost perfect.

Awesome Beach Location

The property is older and needs some remodeling, but the access to the pool and beach and the size of the condo were exceptional.

Reviewer Comments: The property at Wrightsville Dunes is in a wonderful location on the beach (out of the crowds) and the exterior of the buildings is pleasant. The bathrooms are in need of renovation including tile and tub/tub surround replacement. The carpeting is stained and in need of replacement. An unpleasant odor greeted us that is, perhaps, the result of the unit being closed up without a/c. However, even with running the a/c for the 2 days we were there, the odor did not subside. We could have also done without the palmetto bugs.
