The Main House has very large living room with dining table with seating for 14. This living room also has new regulation shuffleboard table. The dining room has additional seating for 12 at two tables for six. The guest house shares the porch of the Main House overlooking the rapids on the Blanco River with newly installed outdoor kitchen. There is a great fire pit on the main patio. The four suites are across a one acre lawn area. The are two units with two suites each. The suites are each decorated beautifully and uniquely but all have the same floor plan including double sink in bathroom, rock shower and kitchenette with Keurig coffee, refrigerator, microwave, small cooktop, small convention oven and sink.
