We booked our stay weeks ahead of time. Then at 5am the morning of our travel I received a message saying there was plumbing issues and our reservation had to be cancelled. I took them at their word. Yes it was inconvenient, but things happen.
Then over 3 weeks later our over $1000 for the trip had not be refunded. I spent hours and hours on the phone with VRBO and sent a lot of emails requiring all kinds of information and documentation. Finally VRBO told me I would have to process a charge back through my credit card company because the property management company was not refunding my money.
This is bad business. I do not recommend booking here.
