The property ran out of water on day two of our stay. We could not take showers or flush toilets. We had leave a day early due the water conditions. I repeatedly asked for contact information for the property management and was never provided with the information. Responses seemed AI generated. I have requested a refund for our last day and never heard anything back. I would not recommend this place.

Beautiful place, but encountered issues

Disappointing Stay We had high expectations for this property, but our experience fell short from the “luxury” stay it claimed to be. The biggest issue was the water pressure and temperature. I asked about this before booking due to previous reviews and was assured it had been fixed. It hadn’t. The pressure was low throughout the stay, yet tolerable. But on our final morning, it slowed to a trickle with no hot water. Some of the toilets wouldn’t flush, and we had to fill buckets just to use them.When we arrived in nearly 100-degree heat, the house was set to 75 degrees and took hours to cool down. The main living room ceiling fan didn’t work, and in one of the barndominium bedrooms, the ceiling fan and light couldn’t be used due to a broken remote.Towels were limited, no pool towels were found, and the kitchen was missing basics like pot holders and very limited dish towels. The coffee maker was malfunctioning and shut off before brewing a full cup.It’s also worth noting there are neighboring houses very close by, with people regularly walking the property and using the shared dumpster. It was hard to tell from the listing that it would be so close to other properties. Management has been made aware of the problems we encountered and are working to remedy them for future stays.

Thanksgiving Family meetup

We stayed in this property for TG meetup for 4 days with about 25 family members. We encountered some equipment failures such as hot water is never worked in one bathroom of barn and then complete water failure in main house after day 3 onwards, security alarm was chirping, pool table cues were broken. Also it is not one single building. The quality of living of barn is not same as the main building (Heating was not enough). The property management promptly responded but unfortunately their standard answer was service staff not available due to long weekend. I rate the property as average for the premium money they are charging. The best part of the property is it has a nice covered open hangout area with fireplaces, grills and lots of seating. The pool was not usable because of winter. My advice to management is keep service available when you rent it out. Overall experience could have been better.

Utilities not up to the task...

One nightmare day during an otherwise great stay. The place is beautiful, and the listing is accurate. The problems were with the water, the drains, and the electrical. The water was the worst....low water pressure regularly, and one day when we couldn't use the water to cook, shower, run the dishwasher, or even FLUSH THE TOILETS! Breakers often went out on the washing machine. Several showers drainage was poor. Looks like they made the place gorgeous, but didn't think through what it needed for upgraded utilities. The on-site people tried hard, but they couldn't replace the water pump. Premium price, and management offered zero to compensate for the experience. Be careful....

Overall a great stay!

Pool is amazing -- you may need to remove the leaves beforehand. The property is great, driving up there can be a bumpy ride. We had issues with 2 bathrooms not having a normal amount of water pressure coming out of the shower and sink from one of the 2 houses on property and the only bathroom available didn't have a shower. We found a couple of scorpians in the property. But the host was very responsive when reaching out and very polite. Because of it being the weekend, they weren't able to get maintenance during our stay but allowed us to check out late so that was nice. Other than this we had an amazing time.

Great Stay

We had 4 separate families for a total of 14. Each of us had a good time. Enough space and room where you could do your own thing. Some minor plumbing issues that were taken care or promptly. Good location.

We have a great spring break!

We had five families together for spring break. This was a great place for us to stay all together! We had an issue with one of the showers, and it was taken care of quickly.

Nice getaway

Nice homes with lots of space. Kitchens were laid out well to allow for plenty of people to help prepare meals. Close to several different types of activities. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Extra blankets or bedding would have been nice. There were no extra linens. Manager/Owner were easy to work with and responded fairly quickly to our questions.
